Often times people who are happy or satisfied rarely leave a review about something because its what they expected, usually the people who leave reviews have been aggrieved in some fashion and are just looking for a way to blow off steam.
I dont have any evidence one way or another, but my thought is that if a candle works to some extent, I dont see why a knockoff wont be as effective, if not more?

As someone who has and will likely never own any Xbox or Playstation, im all for MnK on consoles. Id much rather have that then have to rely on devs to dial in Aim assist correctly.
You can create folders in vSphere to organize virtual machines, and then use those folders in Veeam backup jobs to include all VMs within the folder automatically.
This is how I do it, you just have to make sure no other admins are moving stuff around in those folders or your VM's wont back up. I have had a couple hands I needed to slap regarding this.
Also if you decide to go any of the routes mentioned in regard to trying to prestage the copies ahead of time then just doing a sync at migration time so its updated in the cloud with how On-prem looks that day: MAKE SURE YOU ACCOUNT FOR COSTS FOR DATA TRANSFER AND STORAGE!
Honestly I think you need to go back and tell him that dynamic disk is not an viable option either, seriously the fact its "moving to AWS by EoY" is fine and all but I've been testing some disaster recovery and migrations up there and I can tell you AWS chokes hard on anything that isn't a pretty standard setup, in my case it was shared VMDK's for a SQL failover cluster for example. *EDIT TO ADD* Even some of the regular servers were having issues for whatever reason and it took the AWS engineers time so work through, so that would be downtime in your case.

Honestly, I roll my eyes every time I hear the constant console player complain about cheating, but I play in the U.S East and after 450 hours have rarely encountered cheaters, but im willing to bet Asian servers are in fact, that bad with a higer rate of cheaters because thats a trend that predates this game by 20 years probably so I feel for you guys there.
As someone who has been running recovery tools against a 60TB Bitlockered, corrupted VMDK file for almost 2 years on and off, I feel your pain. This is a bomb waiting to go off. Not sure what this data is for but someone needs to bite the bullet and approve downtime on some level to un**ck it.

In all honesty, it took me almost 2 years of tinkering with my mouse settings where I found something that finally felt good. Uniform aiming should be on till you get more comfortable (arguably forever) and set your coefficient to 178 to see how you like it. My DPI is set to 1200 on my mouse and in game its set to 11, your preference will obviously vary. Really for me its not so much dialing in the DPI or ingame aiming that was my issue, it was getting a good transition between aiming and aiming down sites. For the longest time ADS felt way off to me and my tracking suffered greatly from it, notably I needed more movement when ADS than I wanted and it caused me to leave my aim short alot of times. Drove me bonkers. Once I found something that felt better my gameplay improved greatly, so just keep tinkering, hopefully you find something that suits you.
Yup its a "Play with it kinda thing" When I had it on, 178 felt better but ive since dialed my stuff in with Uniform aiming off. Gotta tweak till it feels good.
I was the most excited about the original announcement of "Persistent servers" until I found out they meant only for Portal. I get absolutely sick of playing the same map 3 times in 4 games, even if its a map I enjoy. Honestly once they confirmed it wasnt for anything outside of Portal, ive had a hard time trying to get myself to hop in and play.
OP should also note its a Sin to not Backup your phone to icloud, no matter the cost.
