I personally don't think there was much more they could have done apart from helping me in getting therapy. I wasn't diagnosed with anxiety and depression till I moved to the UK at 17 due to the poor mental health awareness and stigma associated with it in the country I lived prior, which made adjusting to the new culture and making friends extremely difficult. I was essentially a loner till I started medication, got a job and began uni the following year, which put me on the polar opposite of the spectrum in terms of being adjusted to the culture! I would say if they had helped me deal with my anxiety earlier, it would've made adjusting much easier and quicker than it should have took. But I'm fully adjusted and happy now, so it all worked out!
Not on DPH but when I took some 2cb and nitrous, I got stuck in between all the dimensions where time did not exist, like in between all of the alternate realities where I could see them happening at the same time, in that realm time did not exist and it felt like eternity, I kind of started to panic cause I thought I would never go back to my reality and I’d never be home again. Then I remembered I just huffed some whippitz and told myself to breathe and I’ll be fine, sure as that after taking like 3-4 heavy breaths of fresh air, I came back to existence. It was a quite exquisite experience.
i had an extremely similar experience with 2cb but with ket instead of nos. i was trapped in that alternate reality where time didn't exist but scared me more than anything haha. was enjoying it initially then it went on too long and basically traumatized me! at one point i accepted that i'd be stuck like this for the rest of my life whilst watching people move and talk backwards.
