I worked there back in 2021. The pay then was around 11usd per hour. I did like it because I was able to choose the students. Their system is set up so that the students select the time and materials and the teachers book the classes that way. It was pretty competitive but much better than a lot of other platforms. The problem for me was being paid through PayPal. Where I lived at the time it was impossible to access the money and I had to transfer it to a friend and take another hit before actually receiving it. But overall it’s definitely one of the better online platforms. I’m sorry I have no info about non native pay rates.
