  1. Loved the movie. Watched it twice in less than 24 hours (not planned, had bought tickets for the premiere day and ended up watching it on the first screening at midnight lol). Went with a friend, it was a silent ride home lol. When I saw later that day a guy perfectly described my feelings. Sat with his hand on his face for 5 minutes before he exclaimed "What the hell did just happen?" lmao

  2. Pearl is the worst kind of Pick Me girl. I remember watching a video on instagram of her and another pick me talking about women in the work force and saying that women only did meaningless jobs that had no use in a normal society and only men worked real jobs

  3. My husband is a nurse, and most of his coworkers are women. It’s a fucking hard job and a vital one. Undervalued, of course, because most nurses are women. STFU Pearl.

  4. Exactly and I'm pretty sure she is the type of girl who could laugh at a male nurse or could refuse to get their children in a school with a male teacher (I'm a teacher and I have seen cases of parents refusing to let thir primary school children be thaught by a male teacher)

  5. Platoon (1986). I remember watching it when I was like 7 years old and got traumatized.

  6. Interview With the Vampire. Had a sequel or two plus they just made a tv series out of it.

  7. Queen of the Damned is the sequel. Missing Tom Cruise as Lestat but is a pretty good movie. Interview with the Vampire is amazing. It is the movie that started my love for Vampires

  8. Try to explain that to the family of an internet friend who died at 30 of lung cancer. He was active. Never smoked in his life, ate healty. One day he was feeling sick went to the doctor and bam he got a cancer diagnosis. Less than a year later he was dead. He and his family did all they could to save him

  9. I'm not a huge fan of this types of movies (american action hero) but this movie is amazing

  10. During the pandemic I met a parent who had his kid in a boogie school. Even on Fridays they had online classes from 8 am to 4 pm. Most schools had classes from 8 am to 1 pm

  11. My high school was 7am-3pm and I always thought this was pretty commonplace. (US based)

  12. In regular time here in Chile classes start normally at 8 and depending on the school classes finish at 2 or 5 pm depending on the type of school. Where I work we have two groups. Morning from 7.50 to 2 and the other from 2.30 to 8

  13. I have only seen a few but my favourite is Suicide Club, super weird, creepy and gory. Is one of those movies that lives in your mind for days wondering what the hell did you just watched

  14. Suicide Club is super creepy and weird lol. It just plays the creepy kids trope so well

  15. I didn't know he had a special needs kid. He has always seem to be a great father even with everything he has gone through.

  16. I can't understand americans and their obsession to be "better" at every single thing than the rest of the world. Also is he talking about the UK which has 4 different countries with extremely different accents from each other. I studied english at university and had two teachers from the UK (one was from England and had studied in London, the other one was from Ireland). When teaching they had similar accents but when making small talk they didn't even seem to be talking the same language lol-

  17. They don't believe in science yet they make up the most stupid stuff. It does not even sound like the bible anymore. I wonder if one day Trump will come up with his own religious cult.

  18. The Fall (2006) the story is told through the imagination of a child. It has a lot of "magical" moments, and the photography of the movie is simply beautiful

  19. It is a lovely movie. TW it does touch themes of self harm but in general is pretty wholesome and the photography is beautiful

  20. I remember hearing a lot about this story in the news here in Chile because the girl was chilean. So sad, she was hidding in the changing room when she was shot.

  21. Americans they think they invented the internet yet they can't seem to use google for basic things

  22. My dad was in desperate need of having his ring cut off since it became too small and it was hurting him. He had to go to the ER for kidney stones and had surgery so thye had to cut it off anyway so it was a two for one lol

  23. This isn’t working like he thinks it is. Watching your diet, shaving and skin moisturizing isn’t reversing the clock

  24. He does not only do cosmetic stuff. He also uses blood transfusions from his younger son to "keep his organism young" and lots of different threatments to keep his insides as young as he thinks he looks on the outside

  25. When I entered the Benevento house in RE 8. not only was the fetus creepy but the dolls damn those dolls. I haven't finished the shadow of rose dlc because of that house lol

  26. My favourite is Like Water for Chocolate (1992) based on the book by the same name from Laura Esquivel, read the book for school and then had the chance to watch the movie and it was a 100% what I was imagining when I was reading the book. Lovely book and lovely movie specially for those who like romance with touches of magic and at the same time the book serves asa a cooking book lol

  27. In the modern world we can see what is happening on the other side of the world live yet some people still believe that USA is the only developed country in the world apparently. Americans really need to travel outside more. Some of them could have their mind blown apparently just at the sight of a toilet. Imagine if they go to Japan and see one of those fancy technological toilets

  28. I don't normally just go to the cinema but had two experiences of this kind because we couldnt get tickets for another movie lol

  29. Cabin in the woods is super fun/action/horror. Great choice

  30. Not necesarily, in my country then government was desparate to "colonize" the south part of the country, which was cut off by tribes. Many people from the balkans, italy and germany came to live in the south of Chile. I lived in Punta Arenas and I was more used to european last names than to Gonzalez or Perez.

  31. González and Perez are European last names tho smh
