  2. According to my experience martial arts in particular is a manifestation of meditation itself and the practice of dhyan( to meditate) helps an individual to overcome his mental fight with the mind or emotions.

  6. i think running in winters are much better than summers as they bring a mental challenge , dawn in winters are so damn good , i have ran for 63 days streak in winters ( almost winters :)
