I've only gone bankrupt once, and that was after a protracted period of underemployment following the closure of the company I had been working at for 5 years. Felt wrong to do, but I had gotten so far behind in the 9 months of underemployment that there was no other way to get back on my feet. The bankruptcy lawyer looked at my credit history and said that my story lined up with what he was seeing. Someone who was doing well but then fell on hard times.
Man, that's why it exists. It can happen to anyone. I hope you're doing better now. I have seen people abuse bankruptcy laws intentionally to acquire assets they couldn't, normally, afford though. They abuse a system intended to help people.
Stuff like this is tough. As hosts we're kinda stuck either doing everything we can to accommodate guests or hoping that they completely cancel. Anything else and you're getting a bad review. So, as some say, you can set your cancellation policy to strict, but then you're going to end up having someone stay at your place that's pissed at you, because they don't want to lose their money. They're gonna potentially trash your place and will almost certainly leave a bad review -- which you don't deserve since you held up your end of the bargain and they're just pissed that you asked them to hold up their end of the bargain as well.
I'm set to minimum. I think it's 48 hours. I figure, if they stay and don't want to, then I'll probably get a bad review. In 7 years, it hasn't happened more than 2 or 3 times. If it was a problem I'd definitely change it, though. Obviously, it's going to be different in other areas/markets but maybe see if it becomes a regular occurrence first. I accept auto bookings and no prior review clients and have kept a 4.95 or better for 7 years. Yes, I'm proud of it. If something happens on their end I don't want their money. Just seems good business to me. The thought, they want to cancel but will lose money, try to make it work but can't, then last minute give me a sob story as a last ditch effort is troubling to me. How am I supposed to know if it's true or not? I make it as easy as possible and so far they almost always cancel early enough that it books again.
For purposely increasing risk for you and everyone else for some satisfaction that you pissed off another idiot. What's wrong with you? Going the speed limit in the passing lane isn't justification to impede traffic. Intentionally, doing so to inact some type of self-righteous judgment on an idiot makes you worse than them. Grow up.
Working on a 2001 mccormick cx80 for a guy right now. Thermostat and gasket $215 (dealer) Bypass hose $193 (dealer only) Condenser 700 (same) Fuel cooler 185 (same) Fluids (aftermarket) 335 Filters (aftermarket) 180 Cost without labor Who can afford new? Or to fix/maintain? Shits gotten crazy Treat grandpa's tractor nice and easy bro
Solid proof? How? Cameras inside are illegal. Do you have proof of a monetary transaction for sex? Proof the sex occurred? We need to see your "proof."
Everybody knows a guy that knows vehicles and loves to haggle. Call that guy and ask him a favor to find what you want. Check fb market and send him the links. I'd rather have a Honda with twice the mileage than many makes with 70k.
Levis had a nearly 19% sack rate on 3rd and 6+ (i.e., obvious passing downs) in college. His overall sack rate was over 11%, almost double Hendon Hooker's and almost 3x Bryce Young's. He took a lot of sacks in college. It is likely that at least some of his high NFL sack rate is on him.
He played for Kentucky against SEC defenses. Of course, he was sacked a lot in college. Probably, still not his fault. On the bright side, at least, he's durable.
I love my sundance spa. The power of the jets is legit. Jacuzzi ranked 1st and Sundance( built with jacuzzi parts) was 4th at the time I bought it. I've had cheaper tubs and there is no comparison. Real therapy vs a party tub. You definitely get what you pay for. 5 years parts and labor warranty is the best I've heard of. My tub blows so hard you have to put a foot against the opposite area or you can't stay in the seat. No joke.
Did this to a tech once. He had an old pos dodge Aries. Good fun. We left the wire sticking in the seat crack. Used to rig up old points distributors off the shelf, battery, coil, and charge condensers with it. Used a rubber band to hold the wire close to the body. Then pitch em at workers till someone grabbed it and got the discharge
If your water starts having a sulfur smell all of the sudden, typically means the anode rod is depleted. 9 years in my home and I'm on my third rod replaced bc of smel. Mine water heater is about have the size of the traditional standing heater so the rod is shorter but less water. Not sure how that impacts rod life. Check with your manufacturer, some will send you a free or discounted rod.
When the sensor at a traffic light doesn’t pick up my car while I’m waiting for a left turn and the light rotation skips over me. It happens all the time at one set of lights I go through to get home, especially late at night. I’d say it misses me 25% of the time. I once sat at the light for over 10 minutes to record it skipping over me multiple times. Middle of the night, not a single other car on the road. It happens so often that I usually just run the red arrow if nobody is around. It’s a wide open area around the intersection, so I can see a few hundred yards in all directions. I know it’s breaking the law, but common sense and personal responsibility should make doing this a lot more acceptable. I shouldn’t be held hostage by a malfunctioning traffic light late at night when nobody else is on the road.
False, I have driven on ice plenty of times. It was rough and stressful, but I made it driven from town to town an entire week during major ice storms, and no town had power. But I've grown up playing on roads in ice and snow in different vehicles. I don't recommend it. But I'm a nurse and I can't stay home because of roads.
Stop down voting a nurse. We need her at work. Try driving a firetruck on it. It's the opposite of fun. They wrecked one on Monte Sano last year. Can't imagine coming down the mountain behind 50k lbs.
It's ok they don't pay my bills and it's a good thing they have screen names, because if I knew who they were it could be bad for them. I don't have to save their lives, and I don't have to care for their loved ones. Point blank period. I choose too unless I knew who they were. They just mad because the truth hurts they can't drive when it sprinkles much less snow and ice.
Easy! They bid on it. Whatever they bid pays the others dues. So if it goes 200 that's two years dues for the lesser team.Take side bets on winner. Sounds fun.
They either have a spouse that rakes or they don't make it long term. They are under so much debt, it's a ticking time bomb.
They file bankruptcy, keep the house and vehicle, then do it again.

Tim Patrick, Derrick Henry, Sam Howell, Ryan Tannehill
Henry? U can't wait? He has a build that can play another four years.

People think life has no consequences and that they are invincible.
You're part of the problem.
For doing the speed limit? F off.

What in my post could be construed as encouraging people to give up or sell GME?
Most are forgetting options RC has through merger and acquisition that would force a share recall. When it's time I believe he will. It's not time.
I'm glad we still have my grandpas old tractor- parts aren't super easy to come by, but it hasn't needed any major repairs (yet).

Which is why rebuilding teams should sell any RBs they hit on for picks until they’re ready to contend
And I got joked on for moving Kyren Williams for now 1.09
That’s the right move if you aren’t competing this year.
Everyone is big on the now player. I held him for 2 years. I don't regret it. Thank you.

I miss the old banner on this sub that had the line of purple crayon dust across the top. I have a picture of it somewhere. Those were the days.
BRING THE BANNER BACK FOR EARNINGS!!
I know but I feel like it was easier for a big man with a cannon arm to get drafted higher back when teams valued that a whole lot
Like ham cannon AR15 last year? One year of college ball with more pics than tudys.

Players off acl repair comeback in a year but really perform the 2nd year after. At his current price Javonte Williams is a buy target.
Funny / not so funny in the moment?

Why were you at Bridge Street?
I live close by so I was taking a walk through
I guess they treat the sidewalks. I imagine it looks pretty cool with the snow.
Forgive me 🙏🏻 (I'm not good on the mechanics of water heaters), but this is different than the heating element, is that correct?
Yes. You tube how to replace anode tube in hot water heater.

Interesting. I've never noticed a smell. Must be the area I'm in.

By the authority vested in me to legally run red lights I absolve you of this sin now and forevermore. Go forth in peace.
Amon Ra’s consistency is an absolute blessing. I’d kill to get him
Traded jamyr for him. No regrets
If Stroud had a Bryce Young year all we'd be talking about would be Love

Looks like afib. Let's shock that.
Bijan went at 1.02?? First time I’ve heard that. Tell me 1.01 didn’t take Bryce Young instead? 🙈🙈
Lol. Yes he did
I traded JJ for olave and 1.02 (Bijan) a year ago Time will tell but so far no regrets.

I would fade Mitchell next year, doesn't it take like 1 ½ to get back from acl injury maybe target Javonte 🤔
