Your Q is perfect since it gives you a shield against it and empowers your autos, making the last hits easier. Remain optimistic and know that once you get Tiamat/Bami's Cinder it will be much easier.

champs like olaf, gp and milio can still clense the effect, just qss got removed so you can't counter him with a medium gold investment.
