They can keep it. As long as RTD learns from how Chibnall handled the sonic during the Whittaker era (more as a scanning device than anything), because I personally found that refreshing. Each New Series Doctor has their own way of using their allotted sonic screwdriver, and it'll come down to how 15's sonic is designed and how Gatwa will choose to use it as part of his acting setup.
Fourth Doctor. He comes off as a terrifying person to be around, just look at how much venom he had in the Hinchcliffe era. His rapport with Leela always had an acidic streak to it, too, and his mood swings... I'd hate to actually be around him. Love him as a complex character on telly, but if I were to travel with him... oof.
I dunno of you've seen the movie brah, but these two are pretty much in love. Except they fight instead of kissing, 'cause it was the nineties. They even share some jewellery in the final scene.
The DC one is definitely my favorite. “Survive in the DC universe” like that’s just earth but with super people. If all us idiots can survive, Guts definitely can.
I can totally imagine the first sequence of the movie we see Film Freak being a homage to the climax of The Terminator, with Freak being framed as the victim being chased by a shadowy figure. The figure constantly gets injured by traps laid out inside the factory they’re in, until they get violently pressed to death. Turns out that shadowy figure was a cop/detective/coerced victim (bomb collar?) of some sorts, and Freak is shown for the first time as the scheming villain he is. Bonus points if he actually says “You’re terminated, f*cker!”
He would be actually a really good villain if they ever decided to do a meta movie like Freddy's New Nightmare. He could do kills based on the other Batman movies. Would be hilarious and horrifying at the same time
