How does one "set back" a franchise that has been terrible for like 15 years? It's just the status quo.

Have you tried a laxative? My son went through the same thing. Holding for days because he was afraid to poop because it would hurt. But it was hurting because he was holding it. Try a laxative to show him that it doesn't hurt. Once he gets the feeling of normal pooping, you can ween off the laxative.

The closest we've done is apple prune juice.

Talk with your pediatrician and see what they recommend. We had a powered version that we would just put in his juice in the morning to help. Even that took a while to convince him that pooping is normal and not supposed to hurt. It's a frustrating situation because if he would just poop daily, it wouldn't hurt.

I wouldn't mind the increases in tuition if it was going to staff or improvements of the daycare center. But we all know that's not at all where that increase goes.

If I had to guess. It has something to do with what he says to you as he asks these questions. Its like those youtube videos that predict what number or color you are thinking of. There are studies done that you can present the question in such a way that majority of people will all pick the same number or color. Oz is a master of this. He is extremely good at influencing people with the way he speaks. Something he says, how he says it, or if he stutters or repeats it is all very purposeful and no normal person would ever notice it consciously. But they do notice it subconsciously and thats how the “magic” works. He is also very good at reading tiny tells in someone’s body language or facial expression and even speech. TL;DR : He influences your responses and gains information from you with his speech, body movements, and questions and reads your verbal and nonverbal que’s such as facial expressions, speech pattern/tone, and body language. He also uses some traditional sleight of hand magic tricks as well.

Yeah if you watch back the Michael Carter one, when he's calling out the numbers, he quickly says 10, 20,30,40,50 and then quickly says 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9...so the mind fills in the gap of 10.
