Tbh your story is common. Doesn't really tie exclusively to your job. But man though, that guy double downing at the end. At least it didn't go worse path and your good.

To be gawked at and hunted by all those who know not of the unspoken and unknown rule as punishment. Or so it was supposed to be, but now the faceless follow something or someone. Something that gives them a will to fight back with insane strength and inhuman body resilience, seen as horrors and needing to wiped off from existence, the faceless now build and live in far cut off communities. Never venture there as they are faceless, one never knows whether they will befriend or end you.
Play against raider bot for a bit and memeroize what his animations look like for each direction and when to strike perfectly= never have to worry about raider players, they are easy trolls
