What usually happens when she deflects like this? Not what's supposed to happen, or what you think she wants. What specifically usually happens immediately or very shortly after she deflects blame? And what happens when she doesn't deflect, and actually admits errors, even if they are only for very, very minor ones?
that's the problem she doesn't admit errors even for minor ones. Immediately when she deflects blame we try to show her what we want her to do but she continues to deflect and be defensive.
Ok. So it sounds like she is getting extra attention when she does it, in the form of people trying to explain it to her, force her to apologise or admit it etc... as well as in some cases, its actually working and ahe is avoiding some punishments.
Cool these are great ideas. Lot's of opportunity to do the little things.

I kindof agree that they will say Egwene's toughening came through her time as Sul'dam and instead of that making her capable of handling wise one training they just skip her time there. Sad but I would be ok with it. I don't think Mat chooses 2R, I think he sees the crazy that Rand is exhibiting and becomes his anchor and protector since he has now the insight into past lives. I would say Perrin doesn't go back to 2R, but knowing that they filmed in the location most closely tied to 2R and that Faile has been cast, I don't see what else they could do.
It's understandable. But regrettable. The great hunt is the change of rand Al Thor from a farmers boy to a lord. Lan taught him how to stand for himself in face of armylin, his clothes got changed into noble clothes with moraine stealth skills. And his journey getting the horn using his wits caring hurin and loal and selene was growth of leadership. Furthermore acting as noble in carheirn make everybody think about him was funny.
I don't see the show transitioning Rand to a leader, I think they keep him as a powerful actor and everyone else does the hard work.

Glad I’m not the only one who felt that way about Javier Bardem. In the original Grotto scene Triton was terrifying and it felt intense. Here he just felt like he was reading off a script. Not sure what happened because he’s a great actor.
I liked it but someone needs to flog whoever keeps making the decision to add original songs into live action movies. Eric's song was ABSOLUTE TRASH. I don't even want talk about the Scuttle song.
RoW is the only book I've read twice, I loved it the second time more than the first, especially after reading all of Mistborn and almost every piece of Cosmere (White Sands 1/4 and Warbreaker 50%)
There's been lots of speculation about who might bond the Nightwatcher. I wouldn't say there's any consensus on a leading candidate.
I can't even think of a main character that hasn't bonded one other than Adolin and it seems like his and Maya's journey will be something else after the end of RoW.
It was not a sin to marry cousins(look how many Israelites married cousins) until the Catholic church called it sin beginning in the Middle Ages through the 16th century. This country is flawed, but built on something pretty fucking incredible, and I’d rather work on fixing the problems than just saying fuck it, this entire nation is a lost cause. I mean the USA ain’t even 250 years old. That’s nothing. It’s still a baby. I have a lot of hope for the future.
