  1. Yes. I would DEFINITELY opt for a Dietician. They are a regulated profession who are required to have specialized training and maintain continuing ed. Anyone can call themselves a nutritionist, and you need specialized info, not a wellness influencer.

  2. With that though it depends on the state. A lot of dieticians are nutritionists but not all nutritionists are dieticians. However in my state I see a nutritionist and she had to have a masters in nutrition and then spend 900 clinical hours with an RD and then pass a state test. So there are real nutritionist out there. She has a kid in college and becoming an RD wasn’t in the budget. We had a long talk about it because I wasn’t aware of the differences.

  3. I don’t think I’ve seen her post about eating a starchy carb other than bagels once in rare while. I don’t know how her partner stands eating that ground beef, frozen veggie combo she constantly cooks for dinner. She’s actually selling meal plans so why not make something from there because I’m pretty sure people aren’t buying plans that say cook ground beef and veggies for dinner every night.

  4. What she post are also her meal plans. I bought a subscription from curiosity and I am still in the Facebook group and it’s a whole lot of disordered eating and I’ve had a few eating disorders. Everything is processed and covered in cheese or dry as the desert

  5. Well, no wonder they are all losing weight, I guess.

  6. It’s really sad, today someone was asking if anyone actually ate real pasta because she misses it and is Italian. Then someone was weight 2Tbsp of hummus and felt bad she was measuring wrong and eating too much. Like it’s a group of how to create an ED from an RD rather than actually helping them yet it’s called the best body

  7. All the sunscreens they carry are trash and bad for your hormones. A few ingredients are allergens.

  8. Amazon has been notorious lately for doing these kinds of scams to customers (and I am calling them scams, as that is exactly what they are)

  9. I’m so sorry this happened to you. This is what it sounds like I’ve seen other posts of similar since I posted mine. I’ve had my account for 7/8 years and literally less than 10 returns. I have 5 kids and we order Christmas and birthday gifts via Amazon. Seriously I think it’s out of hand now that I think about it. 107 items the last 30 days 😩😂 I contacted them and the customer service representative said they would take care of it so I’m not charged. I screenshot it and my thing says return complete so we shall see. I hope that you get it resolved soon

  10. You are lucky. When I tried, the CS rep and the supervisor basically told me to get fucked.

  11. Geez, some people are so horrible. I would have cried 😩😂 probably why I don’t return much. I don’t like confrontation and I don’t want problems.

  12. Have you gone to an orthopedist. I just went and out of nowhere I have tendinitis of the bicep, two weeks before it was a a trigger thumb. I’m not sure if it’s due to inflammation, but I’ll ask my rheumatologist when I see him. I literally did nothing to hurt my arm

  13. I did last year and did pt from May to December, not for this. Was hoping to avoid going back 😭 was diagnosed with arthritis and carpal tunnel and cubital tunnel. I originally went to the orthopedists because I had trigger finger and thought I needed another shot and got one but it got worse. It’s crazy repeat trigger finger symptoms ended up with me diagnosed with the above and Sjögren’s

  14. I’m sorry to hear that. I know how you feel, I need another shot on the trigger finger. I never realized how important my thumb is, I keep reinjuring it. I hope the arm turns out to be simple, I know exactly how you feel and inflammation sucks. I’m hoping my arm only needs the one injection. I hate to say it, but your better off taking care of it sooner than later so you don’t further injure it and for peace of mind. You definitely have a lot going on and I’m so sorry you have all that pain.🥲

  15. Thank you so much. I’m praying things get better for you. I agree I didn’t think my thumbs were that important but not being able to open jars or cups for my kids lol makes you rethink things

  16. Happy birthday. It’s hard dealing with eating disorders. I wish more people understood how many different ones there are and how many people are ignoring they have one. My health coach was a blessing to me- she actually had a few growing up. But I found journaling helps, understanding my triggers. It’s not anything you get over but you can learn to recognize symptoms and triggers and approach things differently.

  17. Hi check out sharismyth on instagram she helped me and my sister. I don’t remember her website but it’s on there

  18. Can we get them to start listing the ingredients 🥴 I don’t do toxins and I’d like to know what’s actually in the candle before buying them

  19. Just wanted to share I went to the rheumatologist last week, I do have Sjögren’s. My focus was negative with minimal inflammation but the foci showed what it needed to which is why I have the clinical that’s listed. That’s not the billing code it’s my diagnosis. I’m not explaining it as well as she did, I went in defeated thinking that I had no answers but she explained everything to me. A lip biopsy doesn’t rule the disease out and focus score alone doesn’t rule it out. She said that the biopsy test can determine the type of inflammation and the severity. Plus prior to the biopsies my Ana was positive showed inflammation markers in blood work. Just wanted to update and let people know that aren’t I guess textbook or typical.

  20. Genuine question. Do you not go to a doctor to get test results back? I live in Canada and you can’t go get tests without a doctor requisition usually, and you don’t get the results back personally. They go to your doctor and they have to give you the diagnosis from there. I figured this is how it is everywhere but I see so many people on the Sjogren’s thread asking if their results are positive or negative. I’m so confused. Could o ask you to explain how you get a hold of results like this? 😂

  21. I go back to my rheumatologist on the 28th and I don’t go see the doctor that did the biopsy until the 27th. I am able to see my results in the app when I pull up my pathology, X-rays, lab work etc. right now they are just sitting on the doctor that performed my biopsy’s desk. He even said I’d get them back before he would and to call him and let him know but Friday he’s in surgery and they close early so when the results came in he was gone for the day.

  22. Keep me posted on your lip biopsy. I have almost the same exact ANA. My rheumatologist thinks early Sjogren’s bur wont do early Sjogren’s panel.

  23. Hello- I have Sjögren’s just wanted to update you as I stated I would.

  24. Relief, frustration, sadness, anger, confusion lol because if I hadn’t advocated for myself I still wouldn’t know. Happy to have some answers but kinda sad about it too. Does that even make sense? Thanks so much for asking. How are you doing?

  25. Hi, a lot of the test you’re asking for, my rheumatologist didn’t run. My blood work has been getting higher. For instance my WBC went from 5.6 to 9.4 in two months. My RNP is .5 Anti dna is a 1. Beta-2 I have 3 results <9, 11 and <9.

  26. A wbc of 9.4 is still considered normal. Fluctuations like that are completely normal, that’s how your body should respond to pathogens you encounter in your day to day life. WBC counts tend to be low in SLE, like less than 3.

  27. Thank you for responding- so should I be worried about the antigens detected and the suggested disease association?

  28. I had this pattern and high but when I saw my rheumatologist she told me that I was fine. I don’t feel fine and now I’m worried. This is what my labs say at the bottom.

  29. This is EXACTLY what happens to me. It’s the same reason I can’t ever have potato chips again; if I have some, I’m just not able to stop 😕

  30. There’s a reason for that- I had the same problem, eating salt releases dopamine it’s also combining fats and easily digested carbs. Instead eat apples carrots granola nuts roasted chickpeas

  31. Carbs aren’t bad, your brain and certain organs need carbs. My health coach helped me reset my gut health and I ate carbs daily. I have lost over 100 lbs and kept it off without these fad diets

  32. Fall Seasonal products that have been spotted on Instagram as of September 2, 2022 - I haven't confirmed locations since sometimes accounts re-post images that are sent to them from other parts of the country, or they re-post pictures from previous years, so please comment with your location or region if you've seen any of the following products in your local store:

  33. You shouldn’t be hungry. People will say you get used to it- but what’s common isn’t normal nor healthy. I’m a certified holistic health coach also certified in environmental toxins and gut health. You should be eating. Snack smart- grab some almonds, or protein. How many calories are you eating a day? Are you eating for your metabolic type? What are your wellness goals?

  34. Our son's skin is highly sensitive. We've been happy with WaterWipes brand, but Idk how their prices compare to others.

  35. Water wipes are not the best option unfortunately. They contain grapefruit seed extract (very likely to be contaminated with benzalkonium chloride, triclosan, &/or methylparaben). Try Millie Moon

  36. Don't bother. I made these for dinner last night and they were terribly disappointing. I followed the directions, got the outside nice and crispy, but the filling was just flavored mush. The only texture was mush, I couldn't taste or feel any pork in it. What a letdown.

  37. I had them this afternoon and could smell the smoke and taste it as soon as I took a bite. I loved them didn’t even use sauce but I’ll try one next time. Glad I got 5 boxes.

  38. Can someone help me understand- all this stuff was last month and probably gone now as far as seasonal stuff.. correct? So this isn’t a what’s coming up list it’s a what you may have seen, tried or missed out on list?

  39. I had to get help, my cousin referred me to a certified health coach. I had severe IBS to the point I wasn’t going for weeks then it was like a leaky waterfall. She referred me to fiber and a multi vitamin and put me on a regimen that was very effective. It’s been a year with no flare ups. Her website if you want it I have to look for it. I know she’s on Instagram and Facebook too. But I tried everything and I know she believes in solving the problem not masking it. She has lupus and something else but is great from holistic healing.
