  1. No it's not it's called innocent until proven guilty and it is a huge part of our justice system. If you don't believe in it go to communist China where they lock people up before they even have a trial. We have to have a trial first then a sentencing we cannot sentence these people to jail before they have even been convicted.

  2. You might just be the most obnoxious self-righteous redditor I've seen posts in a while. The plethora of posts on this thread read like a road map to my least favorite type of person.

  3. That was of them riding around the property and the other video was of the dog sent to his friend… I don’t think that one was Snapchat.

  4. The snap chat videos are supposed to be a big past of the prosecutions evidence. There's definitely a snap chat that was send mins before the murder

  5. Just like I have a feeling Alex wasn't an addict, I have a weird feeling that he was the one involved in a relationship with Stephen.

  6. Same. I think AM was the one involved with Stephen

  7. This is in my top 5 favorite posts of all time. I wish I had the books to keep it going

  8. The Jerk is easily one of the funniest movies of the past 50 years.

  9. Where? I tried to keep US English only but it didn't solve the issue

  10. Hard to say if it’s biased. MENSA had some similar discussion back when I registered. Although anecdotal, I am one of three children in my family, all with high IQs. My brother and sister tested 125 and 112 respectively, after my parents wanted to see if my WAIS score ran in the family. I’m approximated at 145 IQ, which is around 3/4 sigma outside of the norm.

  11. 145 and 153?!?! Jesus. My heart goes out to both of you. I thought 137 was a curse. I'm basically drinking out of a sippy cup compared to you two.

  12. No not at all. That’s in the “range” (again I hate enumerating it as that’s a slippery slide to elitism based on a silly number) of being someone who will likely keep up with our jokes (this was always the hardest part — our conversations often skip a few steps assuming it’s fairly obvious from context, and so the irony or punchline goes flat until you explain the missing piece).

  13. I completely agree with you about it being problematic to assign a quantitative number to intelligence.

  14. I would happily lie in a bathtub of glass to wipe that human from my memory. I didn’t need that experience to teach me any lessons - I was fine before. All he did was fill my memory with trauma forever.

  15. If I did that I'd be really confused about why my life is in shambles right now. He's like amber heard on steroids and took "nothing short of everything" from me.

  16. I think about this a lot. Processing grief is something I'm way too familiar with but it's an entirely different beast when a psBPD dies.

  17. Thank you. The service/visitation for my pwBPD is today. This is very helpful. Most ppl knew how she was but some didn’t. Idk what I’ll say to those who didn’t know the reality when or if they ask why my young adult children didn’t attend the service. (I gave them permission to not attend…they witnessed many scary things as a result of her). Sorry if I’m rambling. Pre-visitation nerves I suspect. Thank you for taking the time to respond.

  18. I know exactly what you mean though. People tend to romanticize the dead. That aspect of death is particularly hard on the people who were harmed by pwBPD when they were alive. It feels a bit invalidating to whatever you experienced with the person.. It puts the survivors in a awkward position where they have to deny their experience/ignore it and pretend the person was great/ or feel ashamed of their own feelings.

  19. I'm coming up on a year too! Congrats!

  20. Hahah. I just made a comment on another post about BPD post hoovering being like the movie "It follows". When you're over the heartbreak and are just at the point you fear your ex popping back up in you're, following you....forever.

  21. I don't know if this counts but literally the night we moved in together. I think the rage started around 7 or 8p and lasted till I went catatonic out of a loss of words and hope.

  22. I just got hoovered as well. It’s so much harder not to respond than you think it’s gonna be

  23. It's hoverin' season ya'll!! Stay alert!

  24. No. Have you seen the movie "It Follows"? A relationship with a BPD person is a lot like that.

  25. I have CPTSD and let me tell you...it looks nothing like BPD. Sounds like she's just manipulating her therapist to be a victim of something.

  26. On the quest to figure out one of the 2 world's greatest mysteries (1. What happens when we die? 2. Do people with BPD know they are lying?") I stumbled onto this response 8 months late.

  27. It's like watching everyone in an abusive relationship thinking this time "things will change". It's maddening.

  28. Is this even real ? Because the audacity of this raisenette eatin bitch taking time to call someone out on shit she does every day is hilarious

  29. Who expected anything less from the lizards in the house?

  30. Just give me a pitchfork already and let's get this started.

  31. I have a few in my garage if anyone needs one

  32. Did you say high-contrast light skin? I might need to check her out.

  33. Open the door get on the floor everybody love the dinosaur 🎶

  34. I was worried. Glad to know you're ok.
