250 would make you sleepy and you would feel really stupid and out of it. the hang over will be horrible. you’ll have trouble speaking and listening to people the next day. and as far as long lasting effects, you would probably be okay but thats not the same story for everyone. also, addiction is very likely for alot of people like you, because after experiencing what seems like nothing you’ll keep going for more intense trips. itll be pointless fr not worth it at all
