Stroud elevated an unproven <500yds receiving corps after the WR1 Cooks requested to be traded to DAL because he didn’t want to be apart of a rebuild. Stroud literally walked into a Texans receiving corps that was ranked #32 out of 32 by PFF.

Who cares about winning the draft on draft night? Drafting Herbert was panned heavily and I don’t think there would be a fan now that would change the pick.
They’re not calculating the number of people from county that are dying in accidents, but the number of people that died in that region from a traffic accident. The area only has a population of 51 people so the data is severely skewed.
This does not apply to many things. Unprotected sex. Drug use. Driving recklessly. Etc. Take calculated risks in which you can tolerate worse-case scenarios.
The upside of these activities is very limited, but the downside is immense. People talking about taking risks in your 20s are talking about going on a backpacking trip with 2 weeks notice or starting a business. Things where the downsides are usually lost time but the potential for greatness are immense. Even if you fail you’ll learn a lot about yourself and can incorporate that into being better
