Or, just search the logs for those IPs. I pulled them out of Sentinel with no issue and found two different IPs that hit, and it showed correlated to the exact times that the global protect log showed the edits (that grep command that you run on the CLI).

I just ran through a factory reset, update, and restored to a config all the way back from March, just because there weren't a ton of changes to worry about. Changed any local password on the account and will be rotating the GP certificate tomorrow. I will be looking at what it takes to do the master key as well, just to be sure. I've already come this far and I doubt it isn't too painful to be extra cautious..
