  1. This is why he’s one of my all time favorite actors. He can express so much while saying very little

  2. I’ve heard not to use food (particularly coconut) oils as moisturizers before introducing them as foods as it can cause allergies.

  3. Ah, I do remember reading something about allergy concerns. I’ll have to reach out to my doc and see what her advice is.

  4. I’ve been putting a little of my earth mama nipple balm on my baby’s hands before bedtime and I think it’s helping with this. I figure if it was okay for baby to ingest a bit off my nipples in the early days, whatever they get from sucking their hands now should be fine too.

  5. Oh that’s a great idea! I have that too, maybe I’ll give it a try. Thank you

  6. I really don’t have a problem with the subscription service, it’s $6/month that I can luckily spare right now. I like their content and supporting them. I believe they should be paid for their hard work.

  7. My 5mo son was born with hydro seal (excess fluid around penis/testicles), so his balls are fairly large for his size too. Doctors didn’t really bring it up until I specifically asked about it at one of his first appointments, I think he was about 6weeks then. Doctors said it typically recedes on its own at 6-12mo.

  8. Not in my district, we have 3 days reserved for jury duty I think. It was an entirely different category in our absence portal (not sick leave or personal days).

  9. Oh man I was just thinking of this today while I was breastfeeding and eating pizza rolls. Those things are like lava inside and always leak!

  10. Yes!! My son started doing that around 15 weeks I think? Hurt like hell the first couple times.

  11. My son didn’t have a buried penis, but swelling from a hydro seal near his penis and testicles that made it not safe to circumcise at 3 weeks. Ped urologist said a circumcision likely wouldn’t be possible until around 1 year (wait for hydro seal to recede), if that’s something we want to do.

  12. Hi! I’m a speech therapist and a FTM. I totally understand your anxiety, but please don’t worry. You have a great doctor for referring you Early Intervention (EI) early. I know many families who aren’t able to get this type of referral until their child is past 1yo (something I definitely disagree with).

  13. There is a one and done sub, check it out.

  14. I feel like this is where I’m at too…. I always thought I’d have 2 kids, especially since my husband and I both have siblings who we’re really close to, but the thought of going through the pregnancy/delivery/newborn phases again is so scary to me. I don’t see how I could get lucky enough to have it as easy as I did twice.

  15. Trader Joe Os spaghetti Os. Used to get them all the time when i was a kid. No other canned spaghettiOs come close

  16. Yes me too! I wish they’d have an endcap with “soon to be discontinued” stuff so I could have stocked up on those spaghettios when I had the chance.

  17. Or just have him off camera and in the background of scenes where you can only see the back of his head, walking down hallways and getting food out of the fridge. At the end of the episode someone turns him around to talk to him but it’s not Dewey at all, just some random guy squatting in the house.

  18. Perfect except it’s not some random guy, it’s Egg

  19. My son has a hard time with this too. He’s 18 weeks and it’s gotten much better since he was 15/16 weeks. At his 4mo appt, his doctor recommended giving him a few mL of prune juice to help with toots/poops since he had been grunting and struggling so hard. It’s helped quite a bit!

  20. I found a BRAND NEW solid wood 6-person dining table in the alley of my apartment by the dumpsters. Just sitting there out of the box, but still wrapped in it’s foam packaging. All of the pieces were there, even the screws for the table legs. Musta been too big for someone’s apartment and cost too much to return.

  21. I love your art arrangement on the wall. Are those all thrifted as well?

  22. Thank you! Yes, all the artwork is thrifted. Even thrifted all of the frames that have our family pictures in them :)

  23. My grandma recently gave that to me, she said my great aunt made it for her 30-40 years ago

  24. I use the Chicco Duo glass bottles. They’re plastic on the outside and glass on the inside and ridiculously light! You’d never know they were glass. My son is EBF and took to the bottles very easily. The bottles also fit Lansinoh nipples too.

  25. How do you wash these (by hand or in the machine? and how to they dry?) I live in a cold climate so I like the idea that glass will dry fast coming out of the dish washer, but am weary about the weight of glass bottles...

  26. I wash them by hand with an electric silicon bottle brush then throw them in the microwave sterilizer and hang them to dry after. They’re dishwasher safe but I hand wash because since we run only the dishwasher when it’s full. They dry fairly quickly hand washed.

  27. Yes! I looked forward to UK tv Christmas specials. WWDITS should get Halloween.

  28. Or a pride month special, I live for the pride parade episode!!!

  29. I started using the sleep suit around 2.5 months I think, once he hit the weight requirement. He’s almost 4mo now, and we’ve had no issues with flat head or reduced movement. He has can still easily wriggle around and even get his hands in his mouth for soothing if necessary. He loves his sleepsuit!

  30. Honestly if you have space for it I’d recommend a pack and play with bassinet insert! You’ll get more long term use of it past the new born phase and you can get them for relatively inexpensive. Walmart has some around the $100 mark.

  31. Agreed! I had a very fancy Halo bassinet a friend gave me secondhand and were only able to use it for 8 weeks and my son outgrew it. We switched to a pack and play with bassinet insert and it’s going to last us much longer, probably until 8mo/when he’s standing so we can transfer him to the crib

  32. I do the same thing as you, I get replies about 70% of the time. Teachers I work with often always reply, teachers I don’t work with much won’t. Honestly, I just leave that section blank on an IEP draft if they haven’t responded and ask them in the meeting to speak about their progress/concerns/etc. I then quickly jot down their thoughts and add it into the IEP before I lock it.

  33. I use Grove concentrated floor cleaner (lemon). It’s bio based and free of phthalates, parabens, dyes, and fragrances.
