Hi there. I’m new to all this, but I did just want to share a tip that might help with gas if it feels stuck. Think of your body like a bottle of water and you need to get the air bubble out. So you need to do your best to get your butt up above everything else so it can come out.
I was a daily smoker to hide my symptoms and get sleep. Yes, it would get me to fall asleep, but I wouldn’t get good deep sleep. So I weened off the weed and only do it on weekends. You’d be surprised how many different things are affected by crappy sleep. Best of luck- I’m struggling to sleep more than a couple hours at a time because of apnea from reflux.
