Paragon daily crystals, paragon calendar, and better bg/loyalty/glory store offers are probably the 3 biggest ones

Learn and adapt. Not every meta should be a simple “nothing” node.

Imho VT should be closer to a nothing node, not completely nothing but something like buffet or backup recovery, it's the GC that should have the more annoying nodes since that's where you go once you've proved your worth

See while I get where your coming from and also understand why Kabam designed the system the way they did (from a player enjoyment perspective). I whole heartedly believe one of the several major issues with bgs, especially VT is that they place you against opponents with a similar prestige (as well as other factors) to you. This inevitably results in a large amount of players with smaller rosters getting higher than players with larger rosters bc they have opponents on their roster size, when in reality the player with the larger stronger rosters should theoretically always place higher, unless the smaller roster player is legitimately better at the game.

I feel this on a spiritual level, like in I'm not great and 90% of my opponents have rosters similar or better than mine, but hearing about tbs getting higher than me in VT and even up to gc us a little soul crushing

On one hand it's great bc it means that your not limited to which champs can be used, but on the other hand it's quite boring as there hasn't been much diversity in monthly content and this node just drags fights on rather than making them a fun challenge

2022 was wild, there was only like 4 "bad" champs, and even they're significant better than 2017 and before champs

Quite a lot tbh, I'll exclude ones that I recall getting a nerf or buff (so no dr strange or punisher) but I'll list off every 2015-2017 champ that probably would be a lot better if released now (either due to their mcu popularity, or just poor early day designs)

My guess is everyone will get the compensation based on their progression level since it is affecting all gane modes, but the compensation package itself will have things that are more related yo bgs, ie elders marks, victory shields, trophy tokens, etc instead of things like energy refills, boosts, potions, and revives

It's been a thing for years but the chances of it happening are so ungodly low that may forget about it, and it's definitely not a fun interaction when your onbthe receiving end. Though stand your ground isn't fun on the receiving end (nor is unfazed) cuz you don't know it's there til it's too late

Galan is probably the easiest and has massive damage and great util too.

Revamping Cyclops means revamping the original Carinas challenge. That's obviously asking for way, WAY too much creativity and forethought from Kabam.

I mean corinas challenges vol 1 are outdated reward wise as getting that third of a t6bs and t3a for completing all of them isn't very worthwhile compared to things like tb eq or even bgs. And that's not taking into consideration that all of the challenges have to be completed for it.

To be fair they're probably gonna have to do it mags style where both are completely overhauled simultaneously, and hopefully new animations too

What's funny is sersi was regarded as bad and he was regarded as the new cosmic king when they released, then he quickly fell off and sersi is one of the champs that's garnered a massive fan base lately due to bgs (I've loved her since her release)

Gwenmaster for the life of me wouldn't cooperate in her mutant phase so she was by far the largest pain
