You know, I actually already made a version like that while playing around with the images... I would post it here, but reddit apparently doesn't let you put images in replies...
Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. i understand that this kind of ' open ended social brainstorming " might not be for everyone. But I got some interesting ideas from it so I cannot say it's " useless ".
Just submitted a game for the Brackey game jam ! Allowed me to test an idea and take a 1 week break from my game project " Cozy Shepherd " . Sometimes it's needed, even better when in a big jam :)
Great progress though. I understand your pain. Iβve attempted 8 direction projectiles in Gamemaker for 2.5D. I had to do some weird rotations and manipulate the sprite scale thoughβ¦ but Iβm learning Unreal Engine so hopefully I can figure out the secret formula for making flat sprites animate properly.
I am curious to know if it's better to start with a Discord or your own Subreddit before having a Steam page.
The baby of a Chrysler PT Cruiser and a BMW lol !
PokΓ©mons ? Lol
Looks like cinderstone online
Thanks, will check it out
Hey it looks cool did u make the game ?
I am currently making it thanks :) still early, I just made a Discord but not yet a proper demo π
Good looking ! Did you release it ?
Was just a break from my full project. I'll be getting back to it some point later in the year.
Goodluck with it :)
Play maximized for better frames. Looks pretty interesting
Thanks :)
I like it!
Also, try to find how to get accepted to use Warhammer 40k licence for games, I think it's not that hard, many indies make 40k games actually.
dune vibes! very nice π₯²
The tank is from an asset pack I bought on itch ( the asset pack is inspired by Dune :) )
Just make the bullet spawn at the end of the barrel. Otherwise its a good start.
Oh true π my firepoint was at the end of the barrel but I did not notice it's not using it π π π thanks π
B, easier to read the title.
Interesting ! With a Japanese landscape ;)

Upload to imgur and share the link :)
Right, but a bit less grain on the skin towards the beard might be better
This looks very inconsistent and chaotic. Mixing pixelart and 3D kind of realism.

Ballworld. Where you catch Bals with balls to make them fight for you with pixel guns
πππ Or sheep that we can enslave ? Hahaha.
Love the art direction :) well done !

In case someone wants to try :
There's something in the movement of the sprites in the 3D world that reminds me of the old MSDOS Magic Carpet games by Bullfrog.
:) that's a good one ^

If you want to give it a try :
