  1. I've never seen lighting contractors in residential.  That's awful.  I work industrial, and 277/24 ones are common and a Royal pain in the ass.  Are these 120/24?

  2. Mine did the same thing.  You can buy an entire switch for about $7.  The silver part actually comes off and you can swap them out.

  3. Chewy is amazing.   They actually sent us flowers when our fish died.  Yes, our fish.

  4. I’m definitely going to the hospital, didn’t say I wasn’t. Making a Reddit post is first on the list though.

  5. We don't give DC enough respect, high voltage DC is a monster.   Glad you're going to get checked out.

  6. I love a good book about revenge. Klassen has several good books. Check out the Shapes Trilogy by him. My kids love them.

  7. It’s hard to say, because we started the SSRI before we knew about ARFID. Over the last few years, we’ve had to up his dose a few times due to hormones and growth. And I notice that when he’s not getting enough help with his anxiety, his appetite drops, he gets extra concerned about food changes, and his exposure therapy doesn’t go well. When his anxiety is well managed with the SSRI and therapy, his ARFID symptoms improve.

  8. This is very interesting. If you don't mind me asking, is you child perhaps on the spectrum?

  9. A good practice pill is claritin. My son started there. It has no taste even if crushed and is super tiny. He moved up to tylenol from there. Finally can get a fever down. Practice and patience. My son now can take pills like a champ. Liquid medicine was impossible for him.

  10. I’m pretty sure you the tile is directly on the concrete. I’m in Florida so it’s just a concrete slab on the ground. Not sure if that makes a difference.

  12. I would try and talk to someone at your local PD. Perhaps an officer might drive down your street on patrol and take care of this once you can explain you and your neighbors don't feel safe giving your name.

  13. As someone who works in the trades I can tell you that boomers, by and large, fucking SUCK at DIY.

  14. Only problem with BBTS is they haven't had the last 2 sonic waves. Edit: I stand corrected they finally added some.

  15. The only one near us has a horrible toy section. It looked just like your photo. It had 3 sonic toys. 1 was infinite, 1 cream, and 1 sonic. It's luck of the draw. That's why I called first and confirmed.

  16. Kohls in Michigan had them. Picked up both for my sons.

  17. Is it weird I opened this expecting to find a bathroom full of storage boxes?

  18. I've been doing this for years in my woodshop to collect any sawdust that gets into the air. Works great.

  19. When I was 15 I worked as an usher at a movie theater. After a movie let out there was a gentleman still sitting in his seat while we began to clean for the next showing. I assumed he was sleeping. We I went to try and wake him, I realized he wasn't breathing. One of my coworkers called 911 and another checked his pulse. He was pronounced dead. Best guess was he had a heart attack during the movie. I took the rest of the day off.

  20. A schooner marsupial is a sailboat mammal stupidhead

  21. You know what!? There is no easter bunny marsupial! Over there is just a guy in a suit!

  22. I had an apprentice call this "pants" because they were "anti shorts". I wanted to stab him

  23. That's so good I wish I had thought of it.

  24. Can't help with the interest rate, but I consolidated several months ago for the same reason. Your current loans qualify for nothing at a federal level. Your consolidated one will (except the 10k/20k forgiveness if it actually goes through). You can see your full loan history on the Federal Student Aid site, which should help you figure out how the IDR waiver can help. Good luck!

  25. That's the thing. I can't seem to find anything that lists months or anything like that.

  26. On the studentaid website go into loan details (Dashboard--"View Details") and on the right upper side there is a link "Download my Aid Data" That downloaded file will breakdown all your reported loans by date/status. It will show which months were in deferral, forbearance, or repayment. It's pretty clunky, but might give you an idea of which months they will count in the IDR waiver.

  27. Thanks for this Tip! Thanks to you I was able to pick up Chaos and Big for my son!
