This season is definitely in my top 10 seasons. Just the vibes of it, the POIs were amazing.. the havoc shotgun and the katanas. The ODM gear, even the Star Wars mythics were fun! The battlepass for this season were also amazing, the Stray, Thunder, Mizuki and Eren skins. No season since has competed to the amazing vibes of this season besides maybe OG.
Speaking of this topic with Jam Tracks, I really hope there’ll be a way to play the entire song in game besides Jam Loops. Like hopefully Epic makes an emote that plays lobby music (since Jam Tracks are being implemented as lobby music soon), that would be sick honestly
Same. Chapter 4 served some fun memories and the beginning of it was amazing with the kinetic hammer and Deku’s Smash. I genuinely miss that timeframe so much. This is coming from a person that started in Chapter 1 Season 4, just Chapter 4 had something special about it.
Yeah, and it’s the fact that those chili dogs weren’t any ordinary ones. They were specially made for that case which wouldn’t surprise me if it’s a Sonic reference
I can understand putting some characters in the Battle Pass if there's other easily recognizable versions of that character that can be made into skins. They've done it with Peter Parker's Spider-Man with the Zero War and MCU suits and Iron Man Zero. However, they've kind of put themselves in a corner with characters like Eren Yeager, Doom Slayer, and Rick Sanchez. They could put other versions of those characters in the game, but they would have to reach pretty hard to justify the purchase outside of getting characters locked to the Battle Pass.
To be fair they can also do adult Eren and any other universe version of Rick (maybe Rick Prime) if they really wanted to find a way to put those two in the shop. For Doom Slayer, I’m not sure since I’m not too educated on the DOOM games.
This seems really likely considering the fact that the locker is already similar to Roblox, with everything having separate tabs. however I’m curious aa to how Epic would take this approach.
I honestly feel like this mode not being free + only being available on certain platforms is holding STW back from being promoted as much as these other modes.
Yeah, I mean they have a different STW pack every season so it's still on the item shop page most of the time. There's no way they just straight up forget it exists.
Yeah, I feel like if Epic found a way to bring it to Switch, Mobile, and possibly have a “free this weekend” event it’d thrive a lot more than it already is. Earlier this week STW got almost or around 80k players at once and it’s literally free and only available on Xbox, PS, and PC.
Honestly, I would like if every year or two we go back to a different era /group of seasons. I think Chapter 2 could be really fun if they essentially mashed together a few of the seasons and their respective POIs. The Time Heist or alternative past stuff could work.
Also a side note that Epic always seems afraid to use Drift’s original mask on the reskins. They always find a way to make them completely different from the original compared to skins like Peely and Isabelle
I doubt it. I can't see disney wanting to have jack holding an AK. Disney is very protective of marketing stuff and also treats each company as a seperate entity. Tron got in fine because its not one of their mascot brands. Fall guys however, is much more in line with their brand, no combat or whatever just cute beans waddling about which is why stuff like miku and jungle book get in
I already stated (in a separate comment) that I know that these specific physics won't come back. But the jacket breaks with most emotes and even just walking and sliding breaks the jacket. Even if you put Drift aside so many outfits with cloaks/jackets are having so many issues with breaking that it's the whole physics system breaking them over time. It needs to be refined at least so these issues don't happen over and over.
As much as I’d like that, it won’t happen. Especially considering the fact that most people don’t use skins with coats as much as before. I’d say to not think about it too much bc I used to check if certain coat physics (Astro Jack) were fixed every update but always get disappointed everytime.
If anything, Yuji got a lot more compared to Eren. I absolutely love the JJK skins though but I hope we can get Season 4 Eren in the fall for the final part of the final season.

For the edit styles, the thing is Fortnite was different in 2019 when they gave those skins edit styles in Season 8. I’m not saying it’s impossible but they aren’t the same and they’d probably make that into a different skin knowing them.
My idea is that they do another event that’s similar to the Most Wanted and Find the Force events where we would have a mini battle pass that has 3 Hero skins (Aizawa, Endeavor, and Hawks are my picks) and more MHA related pickaxes, emotes, (like the ones mentioned in your post) and gliders. Of course they will be available in the shop at a later date.

Considering the fact that LEGO Fortnite is almost a direct competitor to Minecraft, I doubt this is even a possibility at this point.

I wish we got a fully robotic dinosaur skins like Hybrid. Haxsaur is nice but the clothes on top of the metal just isn't it for me.

It is though. It’s very mainstream especially for being a new gen anime, the community is more chill and less vocal compared to other anime fandoms.
