  2. Oh wow okay I am definitely going to look into that! Do they give you leads or do you have to find them yourself? I had a friend ask me about health insurance but NYL doesn’t offer anything unfortunately.

  3. Marketplace does have a "call a broker" line which can generate a little business for you during the year. But most of the time you're self generating leads.

  4. The ones we're worried about are Akershus, Ohana breakfast and dinner, and Hoop de Doo.

  5. If I were looking at May, I've got a lot of options today for Hoop.

  6. And don't forget that you get to book for your whole stay once you're 60 days from your check in date. So if you're staying for 5 days, you can book 65 days in the future then.

  7. Supplemental plans typically don't meet minimum value but they may be MEC- minimum essential coverage. MEC and MV are not the same thing. Plans from the employer have to meet MV and affordability standards.

  8. This is the critical piece. They may have eligibility for APTC if they're not getting both pieces.

  12. My family uses Farah Myers as a DPC model, instead of using insurance. I realize it is an expense, but it has been 100% worth it. The first appointment was a deeper dive into our health than any other doctor has ever done (was over 2 hours). She helped us get testing that insurance doesn't provide for pennies on the dollar, and our ability to connect with her whenever is invaluable.

  13. Yes he has Medicaid and when he was in a coma my mom had gotten him into Melina but I have BCBS which I know is really good so I wouldn’t mind just hoping they dont shoot up
