  3. Thanks, first floor in central Texas so it's a concrete slab.

  4. Who said that the wood fence can’t go till it meets the brick and iron fence? You could, but why would you need to change the iron to wood?

  5. The wall/iron is low, only about 3ft. I want to extend the 6ft privacy fence from my backyard. If I leave up the wall I would have to build the fence in front of it.

  6. I assumed the brick/iron was in front of the house and you were installing a privacy fence in the back and rear portion of the sides. Did you want a privacy fence in the front at well?

  7. I want my concrete, dirt, oatmeal, pudding… everything vibrated from now on.

  8. So you got in line behind the first lady. You had one or two items and weren’t planning on using the conveyor for some reason. The lady behind you came up and started putting her items on the conveyor behind the divider.

  9. I'm assuming you are asking if this happened because it was muscle memory to return the ball back to the pitcher, but it was too early or something?

  10. He obviously was trying to throw to second base, but I’m thinking muscle memory took over and he subconsciously threw to the pitcher. …or maybe it was just not high enough to clear the pitcher.

  11. I’m an American and have never heard anyone say “Russia is far” nor “it’s at the end of the world”.

  12. Lowe’s is geared more towards the DIY homeowner whereas HD is more for a contractor.

  13. Pollen is lighter than silt, so it would make sense that the pollen floats to the top after a rain storm. It can also make a ring around puddles as the puddle dries.

  14. There’s a track that the screen fits in. To get the screen back in the track you put the top in first then lift the screen over the little bottom rail to set it in the track. May have to use a flat bar or screwdriver to ease it over the bottom from the outside. Sometimes there are little tabs you can lift from the inside to pull it over. May help seat it in place if you clean the area first

  15. Wow. That’s crazy. Would have figured Florida or one of the coastal states.

  16. Idk… I’m in LA, been hit with a handful of hurricanes since buying my house (had claims on two) and I pay about $1400 a year in homeowners insurance.

  20. I know most of the codes for my area and pretty capable of doing it myself, but for the cost, I wouldn’t buy a house without one unless I had a little bit of time to go through everything thoroughly. Sometimes, a seller wouldn’t want a buyer going up on their roof, through their attic, or checking every room’s outlets. It’s easier to arrange for a home inspection.

  21. Installed a Jacuzzi brand tub with the jets in 2004 master bathroom remodel. It was a good idea, but not worth the cleaning. Pulled it out and went with a vessel stand alone tub in the 2020 remodel.
