Computershare changed their policy on transferring from Plan to Book. You now have to call in and have the representative do this. They removed the ability to do this online because of the confusion of the fractional share being sold automatically. Chat reps and phone reps may be unaware of this.

Q3 was a 500,000 increase. I'm not exactly sure what Q4 was, but it was significantly more than Q3 so around a 2 milly increase if memory serves.
