  1. Savannah is literally the Philly of the south. It’s like someone took fishtown, art museum, south Philly and Kensington, put it in a blender, and dumped it in coastal Georgia. The only difference you will see is stores close earlier, there are no cheese fries or cheese steaks, no dollar slices (biggest heartbreaker for me), no Chinatown and no SEPTA.

  2. Moved from Maryland! Love it. Get ready for the bugs. And DON’T walk through tall grass, the snakes are more than abundant. Message me if you have any questions.

  3. I'll add that I have a case manager who really pushed this as an option for me. And that I've had a lot of questions about this place since before I even slightly committed to going here. This place seems to have a lot of red flags. I just don't know. It's also very far from my home in NJ.

  4. The devil will try to come to us in many shape and forms particularly if we have love, faith and are empathetic to others. That being said, I believe that we are totally in control of our own emotions and how we feel. It’s quite possible that you are allowing your past experience to overpower your ability to move forward by thinking on it or giving it much more relevance than it deserves.

  5. I do try my best to get out there, even forced myself to go out to a social event tonight. I took a walk with a good friend while I was there and he implored me to do more things for myself. Some if it was similar to your advice. Nature walks, reading a good book, even an enjoyable film.

  6. Thank you. That means a lot. Really. Are you a musician btw?

  7. I could tell, with a username like that. I'm a musician as well. Hope we can discuss favorite artists sometime. I used to be more into EDM/producing music before my life took a downturn. And yeah, I'm hoping that I can start feeling a bit better. People have been reaching out. I'm trying to see if there is a bright side to all of this, some way that there can be an upward track from this. "Knocked to the ground" is a good way to put it. The only time I really feel like I can sit back and take a breath is when it's nighttime and I can play video games, watch TV, just block out the world. It's messed up, but that's how I feel. One of my more spiritual friends tells me I can create my own reality. I hope so.

  8. I am sorry to hear this. I suffer through the same thing of trying technique after technique, source after source. You sound like a beautiful person with a kind soul. And it seems like there are people who care for you as well. There is a reason you are still here. Please, don't give up. Depression is "soul-crushing," as you say. But there is a path towards the light.

  9. Hello my friend. My answer probably won't be popular, but I'll answer earnestly for what it is worth.

  10. This actually does. I had always thought that the “like attracts like” law was a constant, based on the people I had learned from. I’d never looked at it as a form of victim blaming. My thought that it leaves people in a form of a negative, hurt cycle actually correlates somewhat with your thoughts. Changing circumstances and healing through thoughtful data as a whole is so important. There is the notion that, in trying to achieve a mindset or thought pattern, that the human brain will actually stray away from it. Which is the opposite of that universal law.

  11. Love yourself when you have those difficult thoughts. Treat yourself like you would your best friend or your child. Talking out your emotions and thoughts can help.

  12. Thank you. I will think deeply on this, and on the concept of self-love in this capacity as a whole

  13. Don't make a decision that you can't walk back from. Keep your job. Drop the dark night. It's really not necessary to your spiritual development.

  14. Make sense of your space in time, from a deeper perspective. Be in the moment, as it is, see its good and bad. Go away from drama, it is emotional and circular.

  15. Thank you very much for this. Trying to read the unseen while also not "digging too deep."

  16. There's a shaman who told me that I have "dark energy" after a quantum healing session. So that was interesting.

  17. Will never forget the first time I listened to this. Brought me into the work of Tommy Trash. Enjoy:

  18. Are the cards made in Taiwan? If so, the card is most likely fake. SanDisk had a massive fake card infultration thanks to Amazon.

  19. Did you format the card in the Switch, or on the PC?

  20. Formatted on the PC, with the program recommended by Nintendo:

  21. And then Raylan answers by shooting his gun off and saying "Why wait?" He really is the most badass TV character of all time, or at least one of them.

  22. If you're itching for a similar tale, I'd recommend Jeremy Robert Johnson's short story "Dissociative Skills," from his collection "Angel Dust Apocalypse." It's the same time of disturbing body horror, but with a twist. On a side note, Palahniuk is actually friends with JRJ. I can't imagine some of the discussions they must have about story ideas. :(

  23. It sounds so dumb though. "I murder people by attaching them to balloons! Whee!!!" Not mention that a weather balloon is physically incapable of carrying up anything that weighs more than a baby. Usually I can ignore logical inconsistencies, but for some reason this bothered me too much.

  24. The previous season of Justified worked an e-cig into one of the story lines pretty well.

  25. "Justified" is my favorite show on TV! I'm pissed that I don't remember. Can you recall which episode it was?

  26. I'm going to say it was one of the first three episodes of season 5, more than likely episode 2 based on the scant information on wikipedia.

  27. "Good Clothes" by Little Brother. One of the best hip-hop tracks of all time.

  28. "The Passage" by Justin Cronin. Incredible post-apocalyptic story. It just sucks you in.

  29. This season is moving ahead a few years in its timeline from the episode 4 finale, correct? I think I read that somewhere.

  30. haha always nice to hear from another TLATOT fan. here's another great compilation video:

  31. Hey Wolfie, my name's Paul and I actually interviewed you at EDC Vegas last summer. Wanted to know if you still think that people don't "jive" with the old-school, funk-influenced sound of yesteryear. A lot of your tracks have those funk influences, so I was just wondering if you've maybe softened your stance since then. Do you think there's still a market for the funk-influenced house, or has that all gone south with the 2012 "EDM boom"?
