Since covid, staffing reliable/good employees in a kitchen has gotten near impossible. The only thing we can do is offer incentives like this on top of already good pay. It means after getting slammed all night in the kitchen you get to see this bonus and when you have a slow night you still are paid well hourly.
This sounds like a cop out. But just keep trying. I beat him this morning after 3 hours of attempts total. When I first got to phase 2 it felt impossible to be able to read his moves and get hits in. After a couple hours I was getting him down to a quarter health every attempt. finally got him and felt so good.
Aw man, I had hopes of transforming it at least once for a photoshoot after building it. But otherwise I'll only make a few poses for pics and leave it resting on a very secure and cat-proof shelf.
I transformed mine after about a year from building it. It’s so much more solid in wave rider mode. I watched a YouTube video on how to do it that was very helpful.
I didn’t move it too much because I knew it can get wobbly with too much posing. It’s actually very stiff at first but as soon as you start posing it gets looser and looser.
I'm working my way through the old "bad" RGs currently (among other projects) I don't have the RG zeta yet but I'm definitely gonna tackle it at some point this year. I think these old RGs (ALL RGs, honestly) look so dang good. A lot of them look way better than their MG counterparts. I love em.
HG Barbataurus. This thing looked so dope in the images online but just looks awful on my shelf with my other models. It’s hollow and very hard to pose in a way that looks good. The “bow string” also doesn’t fit into any slots on the hand so it just awkwardly sits on top of the closed fist.
The thing is, everyone here is super appreciative as long as you try your best. The post that get a lot of upvotes tend to be the expensive ones, but even when money was tight and I could only buy my person close to the minimum they were still super happy.

Yeah I really love the Rg line. This is the only one I’ve had trouble with. But I have a new found love for it after transforming

One thing that’s great is you can search via the camera on your phone. Very helpful when you don’t know exactly how to search for an item.
