I donāt stick to a routine routine but I would pretty much go to the gym or do at home resistance band/ dumbbell workouts whenever I felt it was time and I had the energy. Anytime I exercise though itās between 30 minutes to an hour. I donāt keep track of my calories and meals I just make sure to try not to over eat and if I do eat too much itās somethin healthish like chicken and some kinda vegetable. And then if itās overeating junk I go to the gym and burn it off. Iād say it was more of a lifestyle and mindset change that drove my body to follow along. I know itās not the most concrete answer but itās all Iāve got:(

That's amazing in 14 months. I know it gets asked a lot, but what was your weekly routine food and exercise wise?

Yeah Iāve hit an intermittent fast 3 times trying to go a day farther each time. My highest was 5 days
