You're on the right track with those porcelain tiles! A wet saw might be your best bet for those clean cuts. As for waterproofing, getting a second opinion on the Ditra wouldn't hurt, but trusting your tile shop's advice could also be a good call.
Schluter Ditra underlayment is just fine for the floor. it won't be completely waterproofed unless you flash Kerdi up the walls. and, even then you still have the toilet waste line hole that you cannot waterproof and the doorway to the bathroom that you cannot waterproof.
Nice piece! Id suggest checking out the NH70 movement for a skeleton looking watch. You should be able to install hands as long as the movement fits tightly and doesnt move around with your wrist motions.
Have you tried Grimlord? Is the closest I have seen to a Soulslike in a Dark Fantasy Setting. It even has its NPCS look like Gehrman from Bloodborne and the Lady in Black from Demon Souls.

Sherwin williams 2k clear coat. I used a 8 gallon compressor and the r400 lvlp gun. I watched many hours of the paint society channel on you tube.
