You’re just some memory when you go back to work to visit nobody knows who you are. I go to the gym mainly I’m myself now wifey still works p/t same age. She will retire at 62 y/o then take ssa. I have a lot of time now to fix up the house. Once my daughter starts her family wife will retire earlier. I did drive a school bus for 5 years but after Covid, I wasn’t wearing a mask I quit.
Last day of work today! Retiring early, which has made reception from friends and family a mix of happiness and some open jealousy / “what will you do with your time”. Never minded marching to a different drum so here goes nothing!
I theorize People call that time period the best of their lives (particularly their early 20s) because it’s likely that last time you aren’t truly lonely. Adulthood is lowkey lonely.
It is a shame what Israel is doing to Palestine. This is unjust, if nations feel that they disagree on something, they are to debate. A genocide is not necessary & only makes things worse….. thousands of innocent men, women & children….. lost….. this is sad….

NAH But diets are very ineffective at long-term weight loss, so just eliminating junk food won't do much. Also, that height and weight does not make you fat. BMI is not the most scientifically accurate standard.
You need to stop with fatlogic. Short term diets are ineffective, but long term lifestyle changes definitely are. BMI is just a ratio but it’s well correlated to many health issues even if fatties want to deny it
