1. By that point I think Borb must have already known that there are some questions you just don't want to know the answer to.

  2. The only people saying Boomers didn't pass the baton are millennials whining that it wasn't passed directly to them.

  3. Isn't that true of any generation, though? The people making music when this generation were kids had to come from somewhere.

  4. I gotta wonder what the world record is for a trial being delayed due to continuances, and if Chris might actually set it.

  5. There's some reason to believe that the trial, per se, may have already happened. Heilberg requested autism deferred disposition, and that request isn't supposed to happen until the defendant pleads out or the court is ready to find the defendant guilty. We may be in a completely different phase of things.

  6. This is... not the direction I expected the post to go, after reading that title.

  7. The only upgrade I'd call immediately essential is better bed springs. Usually they come in yellow (it's a color code for stiffness).

  8. I've heard of people doing this with cosplay accessories -tulle is apparently very good for this sort of thing- but this is the first time I've seen it applied to ordinary clothing. Neat.

  9. Pretty much everything to do with duck reproduction is a thing of nightmares, making it decent enough fodder for Isaac content.

  10. If you can get your hands on GBAs and link cables, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles and The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures are two of the finest multiplayer experiences of that whole generation.

  11. I can't say it's wrong, but it really disturbs me to see us ragging on our own kids this way. Weren't we going to be better than this?

  12. NAH. Some theorize that despite being listed among the tragedies, Romeo and Juliet was supposed to be performed as a comedy: a satire of the very tropes it depicts.

  13. Once you've mandated equal treatment by law, the rest has to be done one family at a time, over the multiple generations it'll take. Nothing else works.

  14. There is no way to survive Eden. Even if you reach the diamond at the end without dying, it's just a wall; you can't go through.

  15. I'm sorry to hear you're in pain, but if you don't mind my asking, why can't you go to the hospital?

  16. Then perhaps it is time to abandon essays and move on to something else that won't be as easy to cheat with.

  17. Thanks! It's Sunlu PLA+, but I can replicate it with fresh filament from another brand. I do have it in an enclosure and the temperature usually huddles around 80 degrees.

  18. That explains it. The enclosure is too hot for PLA. Try leaving the door open when you print.

  19. Thank you! I'll give that a shot and report back. I would have never guessed that

  20. Yeah. That sounds like it'd be an awesome enclosure for higher-temp plastics, but PLA can't take that kind of heat.

  21. Sounds like a fairly typical incel reaction to society's expectation to not be a manchild. Which is odd, because while Rock certainly isn't a great person, I didn't think he'd sink that low.

  22. i think Ukraine is a pretty cool guy. Eh puts the kremlin in its fucking place and doesn't afraid of anything.

  23. You kids learned a new word and use it everywhere now without understanding of its meaning.

  24. Telling people something you and they both know to be false, to make them doubt their perception of their own lived experience. Close enough?

  25. Then "enlighten" me. That right there is essentially the plot of the play (later movie) Gaslight, from which the concept gets its name. Is this the part where you say it's not gaslighting when you do it?

  26. Welp i did it got 14 candles from it and i did it by dragging one of my bff's into eden
