  1. True to a point, but this is more like an oil change than a transmission rebuild.

  2. I'm Just curious about your claim. We had HD install Silestone tops 20 years ago and the measurements were off quite a bit so we had them remove the tops and give us our money back. HD didn't balk at all and I liked the money back part quite a bit so we are thinking of getting Andersen windows installed at our son's house through HD. Should we be concerned?

  3. Depends, does your son want them to take the windows out and give him his money back after, or does he just want the windows to stay put?

  4. Yeah I used to frequent there, all the regulars left to hang out elsewhere. I’ve heard the same that just a bunch of bro-dudes bought and have no clue what their doing. Their old chef left (related or not I don’t know but it was around that time) and last time I was there the food sucked pretty bad. They’ve cancelled all music which sucks, I know they cancelled the comedy nights and then invited the comics to come do the open mic they had going for a bit for free lol also the dude running the open mic was a weird Kurt contain wannabe dude in his 40’s and just used it to promote and play his own objectively bad music. I just hear a lot of generally not good things about the new ownership.

  5. I have a heckin' time trying to imagine that the Sask Party would collude with the federal Liberals, which they would have had to do in order for such a thing to have occurred.

  6. I honestly don’t think the Sask party would hesitate to work with the feds so long as it lined their pockets and the voters never found out. I think 90% of the “Schtick it to Trudeau” theatrics are just to keep drumming up votes.

  7. I’d do it yourself and you’ll be happy you learned. Worst case scenario you get 5-10 years (jk)

  8. It’s 10 bucks per year now, I still use it though. If i ain’t broke don’t fix it

  9. I talked to my land lord and he isn't sure if it is linked to his upstairs. He said if it is then he doesn't mind sharing the wifi with me. I just don't know if I need a bell device in particular or any fibre optic router

  10. It’s pretty unlikely that this fiber is linked to his router. With residential, Fiber will come into the building and terminate at a device supplied but the telco, but any device wired out from that router will be using cat5/6 copper cable. The fiber link is just to hook up service, but not interconnect devices on that network. (Unless you have some fancy equipment at home). You can still definitely mooch off his wifi if you get good enough signal and his password tho

  11. It's not split no such thing in a residential environment. It's 1 service per appartment unit

  12. Food is subjective but the dishes in caraway grill taste very different from the same ones in India. Not very authentic.

  13. Maybe someone remodeled and knocked out something load-baring underneath and floor has just sunk down. I’d have a foundation company or an engineer in to look at it asap. If you’re lucky it might just need the floor joists jacked up and a telepost slapped in underneath or something. Definitely look at this sooner rather than later tho. Might not even be a bad idea to contact your realtor or a real estate lawyer if you just bought it. Best of luck!

  14. Question, when was the last time you EVER looked under the counter, moved all your crap out of the way and said to yourself, "That doesn't look pretty"?

  15. If I was doing it myself I’d 100% look at it this way, but I’d def be annoyed if I paid someone and they made that mess.

  16. Imagine getting in shit for a booby trap and not theft

  17. Likely no flooring down if it's a new building or it's been dust sheeted.

  18. OP is just ranting about how sketchy and unpredictable the drivers are in downtown Regina. I go to the office once a week and I dread it because of how people drive, especially on one ways.

  19. it’s a daily clusterfuck for sure, couldn’t agree more. Calling everyone drunk cuz they don’t like their driving or a hoodlum for jaywalking was more what I was referring too.

  20. OP said potentially drunk. OP is also just ranting. People naturally exaggerate when doing so. I know yesterday I told a friend that this driver "was blind" as I was going straight on a green light (my right of way) and this car (opposite side) just... kept turning left... and turned so I had to slam my breaks to avoid getting hurt.

  21. I guess you should probably write a post about it since we’re all just spamming /Regina with inane everyday occurrences that annoy us.

  22. And that's before the snow hits the ground.

  23. Which part didn’t you like? Was it the narrow lanes? Lack of lines 90% of the year? Roller coaster bumps? Narrow corners? Lack of turning lanes?
