This is kind of a different question but relates to OP. I have ADHD and have been taking Adderall since I was in middle school and am now 29. I did my first prep this year and was on Anavar and then added Winny about half way through. I noticed I was taking my Adderall less and less and it seemed like my ADHD symptoms were significantly better. I felt way more focused, way less executive dysfunction, I wasn’t hyperfixating on things so much, I wasn’t as forgetful, the list goes on. Overall I felt a lot better mentally on them. It’s not been two months since my show and I’ve been off everything and I’m really having a hard time mentally. For the first time in years I’m considering increasing my Adderall dose because it doesn’t seem to help anymore in comparison. All my old ADHD symptoms are back. Has anyone dealt with this? I’m curious how the steroids effect on serotonin/dopamine have contribute to this and what a possible solution would be.
I would guess that with your test levels increased and your estrogen suppressed during prep it had an impact on your issue. Did you do blood work during prep, before, or after?
What the fuck... You went in as a novice and absolutely destroyed everybody. Your shoulders, back and glutes are on an entirely nother level. Well done, congrats on winning both!
i wasn't expecting that much of a muscularity difference. there's one shot where your hamstrings look comparable to one other contestant and your conditioning certainly wasn't significantly worse than anyone elses. other than that i don't think it was close? did you get a score card?
I should be getting my feedback sometime to today or tomorrow. I know I need to bring up my hamstrings so that will definitely 💯 be a focus. I think my upper body is in pretty good shape though. I was definitely one of the more conditioned competitors and I was nervous about that going in.
I feel that. That’s why I’m very thankful to have been with my coach for two years guiding towards this, we have learned A LOT about what my body likes/dislikes. For instance, sleep and stress are huge for me. My physique looks totally different if those aren’t right. Dairy is also a big no go. Carb cycling works best for me as my body adapts quickly.
It’s mostly fried and covered in sugary sauces. Granted there are some healthier Chinese food options. If you look nutritionally at Chinese food it’s usually loaded with MSG, saturated fat, and trans fat.
I agree it’s definitely not real Chinese food, I just didn’t know what else to call it so people knew what I was talking about. Americanized Chinese is accurate.
Here me out….Uncrustables. Spray them with a little coconut oil and sprinkle some cinnamon on them and it tastes like a warm, delicious donut! Definitely in the sweets category but soo tasty.

Yes, before prep. Im doing blood work next week to see how it compares. At baseline, my test levels were low and estrogen levels high.
What is your maximum barbell squat and legpress?
Haven’t barbell squatted in probably 6 years. Leg press I’ve hit 600lbs a couple times in the last year.
Holy shit. That sounds incredibly difficult. Hats off to you for your dedication. Mind if I ask what kind of calorie deficit you're at?
I got down to just over 1200 calories for the last 6 weeks.

Thanks so much!!
can you post up the pictures with the other competitors?
Okay I posted some on my profile!

So, I think I saw you at the gym I go to...
What gym?
Onelife
I just started going there last week cause I moved to the area. It was probably me 😂
You can do it for sure!! I need to get where you are . But I am still learning what my body likes and dislikes . So many things bloat me!

Wow those traps though!! Wow! What do you do for your back workout?
I do back 2x a week, lots of variations of rows and lat pull downs.
I checked your post history and I must say, this is impressive progress! Hope you are working on your posing routine as well!

I’m so 30 minutes fasted and 30 minutes post workout LSS, and then on my high carb day I do a HIIT circuit post lift.

What's wrong with Chinese food?
It’s mostly fried and covered in sugary sauces. Granted there are some healthier Chinese food options. If you look nutritionally at Chinese food it’s usually loaded with MSG, saturated fat, and trans fat.
Americanized Chinese fast food, yes, I agree… it’s an insult to call that Chinese food at all
