Yeah; it's hard to find a happy medium for things like that. When excessive posting is occurring we have given 1 day bans with explanations; we have also considered turning on/off a 'flow bot' that would limit users to posting once every X hours. Overall we are not looking to overly moderate and hunt for stuff to remove. Start cracking down on the hype and it is going to make many angry. ('I'm being suppressed!!!')
But why shadowban me?
You are not shadowbanned in the context of the above comments. Sub rules restrict anyone with less than 250 comment karma from commenting.
I think there are SEC rules about the timing of 'material news' needing to be done before market close.
