Did a very similar trip last year. Amsterdam — Brugge — Munich — Prague — Copenhagen — Malmo — Amsterdam. Spent average of 2-3 days in each (including travel) as well and I think it was perfect. Just enough time to see the majority of each city. I would 2nd most of these comments though.. Brugge was a very cool and beautiful city to see, but an extra day in Amsterdam and one less in Brugge would definitely be worth it.
