Perhaps it matters a lot about how you roll your tobacco. Hand rolling I prefer a shortcut medium bodied semi wet but when it comes to rolling on my machine, I love Kentucky select long cut. After rolling on a machine for four years, it’s become my go to. A lot of choice has to do with your tubes as well. Hot rods are OK in a pinch, but I prefer Zen red because, the tube is a high-quality tube. You have to experiment… Good luck.
What I have found since starting the RYO JOURNEY...(and my apologies I have never smoked American spirits so more of what I have self discovered, YouTube researched and asked about in this group and a Facebook group too)....what i have learned is this. iI I do a couple things then they burn super fast... 1. if i don't use enough tobacco or don't pack them good enough in the roller. Or 2. Then i went the opposite and packed the tray with too much...which then for me burned and burned and burned and I had to invert my face when I would take a drag... because of how hard they were to suck and the barely getting any smoke. Haha
It's those tubes they are awful I used them for a few years I switched to Beretta Elites they have a nice slow cool burn, there aren't ashes falling all over the place and they enhance my smoking experience. I have rolled my own for over three decades I was smoking American spirit tobacco dark blue can for the bulk of the past two decades and back in December I switched to whole leaf tobacco and thought why stop at the best tobacco when a proper tube is a huge part of the cigarette. I did some research and I tried Zen, Shargio and Beretta Elites and originals they are both amazing tubes no paper taste what so ever I will never switch back to low cost tubes again. The Zen tubes and Shargios are nice backups. I used them all in the 100 light variety. Trust me I had the best cig if my life a couple months ago and they have all been heaven since I switched. You can thank me later! ;) lol

When everything is falling apart I'm sure you would try all avenues to fix the situation and for his situation one of those options was going back to church and attending service. I'm a Christian myself, because even though I'm gay, I also curse, drink, smoke, and do a lot of things in life that the Bible says I shouldn't, but people mostly extremist Christians get fixated on one part which is the gays and they go against the teachings of Jesus. Christianity is about love and most don't realize that. And as for why I believe in Jesus is because of what my dad told me years ago. "I'll die and so will your mom some day and you won't be able to turn to us for answers, but your last hope will always be God and it doesn't cost a thing to believe in him".

Speaking as a rural that has been a 204b, there's a special budget for reimbursement for "party" supplies. I used to use PIZZA promise as a way of getting things accomplished. Like sample scans, no missed scans as an office, or just for general morale. Take the food, say thank you and get to work!
Hey man! I had the same thought when I was in high school and it only got worse as I got older. Now I'm 25 with no college degree, but im working and have been since I was of legal age to work. Idk how old u are, but I find as I get older friends come and go and idk what ur situation is like but for me now I'm taking care of my parents. As time went on I stopped relying on friends. I personally just rolled with it. Being alone and having that feeling isn't fun, but I personally think it's a part of life and growing up. It's difficult being alone and having to put out fires out by yourself, but that's what being a man and growing up is like at least from my experience. Only 2 times I've been able to top and both times I was so drunk that I don't remember having sex. I've got the same issue, but I get distracted easily due to my terrible adhd. I found that I need constant stimulation when preparing to top or apparently be hammered which I don't advise drinking just to be able to perform.
