dark star live in veneta oregon 8/27/72 by the grateful dead (the complete sunshine daydream concert) sounds like something you'd be into, it's a very free form psychedelic jam that leads into a pretty apocalyptic section towards the end
ooh that's a good point, i might've overestimated the spice of jalepenos. I do have dried ghost peppers i could powder and add sparingly after it ferments though for some extra spice
Oh man I didn't even know that ghost had a powder form. Should be registered as a toxic substance under the Biological Weapons Convention. Other than my seafood, I wouldn't that stuff flying into my eyes.
Viola Lee Blues 8/16/66 it's also opening track to the Complete Live Rarities Collection I believe, the jam climaxes to this psychedelic madness that's just absolutely amazing.
March 1, 1969. Great show. They play Hey Jude as the encore, with Pigpen on vocals. He does not sing it very well, but I think it makes this show endearing as they took a chance but it did not quite work out.

Yup, otherwise there's a potential for mold growth
If you want to re-colonize just add some apple cider vinegar that still has it's mother in it without any preservatives.
This is an interesting idea, sort of use vinegar or something like a starter
Need to ensure the starter is not sterile. Some vinegar's are pasteurized or have preservatives.
Gotcha
I still don’t care for the words or Bobby’s singing. I like some of Jerry’s jams though
Oh man Bobby's singing on 2/3/78 is on point

I can't handle isothiocyanate but I can handle capsaicin
to give it some credit, the right horseradish can be great when you have bad allergies, clears the sinuses right up 🤣
ooh I'd be excited to try the creamy wing sauce, imagine it's somewhat similar to buffalo
The Other One -> Morning Dew -> The Other One -> Sing Me Back Home 5/26/72 is amazing with the dissonant Other One into the beautiful Morning Dew
I'm assuming the ghost peppers are in the middle-inside because jalapenos are not considered hot at all.

Circles Around the Sun, Lotus, Particle, Garaj Mahal (mostly)
Thanks! Gonna check them out
3-1-69 friend. It’s the greatest acid fueled show the world has ever heard. Aren’t we just so lucky they recorded it
Just listened to this for the first time today and we are without a doubt lucky
