  1. I haven't found the jacket. I checked my stash, not there. Is it located somewhere else?

  2. You need to do the quest where you watch a clip from the anime. After that you’ll receive a message about a gift and if you go to the specified location you’ll find a jacket there. The jacket is a reward for doing this new quest.

  3. You need to compare it to the vanilla version. You will be shocked how much better it looked on day one. They have been quietly downgrading graphics since launch. On the upside it performs a bit better now, VRAM usage is much smaller. But visually it has been downgraded, no question.

  4. You have to do mesh this time. Mesh repairs have much lower recurrence rates, and as you can see, recurrences do happen.

  5. I have a small incisional hernia. I've seen two surgeons and both told me to limit physical activity. Lifting anything heavy is a no go.

  6. Having a humidifier helps. Not staring at a computer screen for a prolonged period also helps. Unfortunately there's not much you can do to rehydrate them other that use eye drops.

  7. I've been using Biofinity Toric for years. I've tried many contacts, but these feel the most comfortable. These are monthly replacement contacts but you can also wear them without taking them out for up to a week. There's also a non toric version which is a bit more comfortable.

  8. can I ask how much you pay for those yearly/ from where you buy them?

  9. I'm not in the US so this info won't help you much. They are not that expensive though. Toric version is a bit more pricey. I think I spend a little over $200 on them a year.

  10. Out of these photos the first one is the best. I like the facial expression, the lighting is flattering, and I can clearly see your face. I'd be better if you looked at the camera but other than that I think it's good. Other photos don't show your face very well, it's either obscured or in the shadow. You need more photos which clearly show your face, outdoors/indoors, preferably in natural lighting. You are a good looking guy, you don't need to hide your face. It's nice to have at least one full body photo as well. If you have any photos of you doing stuff upload them as well. This way when somebody sees these photos they will get a rough idea of who you are as a person. If you're in a good shape upload a beach/shirtless photo (but no mirror selfies it's poor taste). You just need to sell yourself a bit more and you will find somebody in no time. Good luck!

  11. I'm more annoyed of having to take them out at the end of the day. When I'm dead tired and already falling asleep.

  12. I saw a launch accidentally when finishing the race that finishes by the sea. Only time I saw one. Do they launch on a schedule or something?

  13. Which quest is this from? I remember seeing this animation in trailers but not in game

  14. It’s not nonsense. Maybe that’s true for you but that’s not everyone’s story. It’s clear you all live in a bubble all you have to do is listen to what you people say. I mean honestly have even listened to anything your people and government have been saying or do you just wait for information to be spoon fed to you and the kremlin to tell you what to think 😂😂😂.

  15. I'm sorry it seems you are the one in a bubble. Most people here don't trust the government. We didn't vote for Putin, every time there's an election, the results are manipulated by the government. Navalny was hugely popular here, to the point they had to put him in jail. People have been protesting for weeks now in spite of the fact that you can get prosecuted for even saying the word war. Propaganda tries really hard to paint a different picture here, that's true. But as I said most people have internet access and know exactly what's going on.

  16. You hear what you want to hear. I'd suggest looking into what's happening here a bit deeper before making judgements. Reported you for your language. Cheers

  17. I kinda have the same issue with dark circles. I'm actually quite healthy so it's mostly related to my skin being thinner under the eyes. I've been using concealer for years now, it literally takes a minute to apply and makes dark circles way less prominent. You can't really tell that I'm wearing it because I use a tiny bit and the shade is lighter than my skin so it kind of blends in. I'd suggest that maybe you do the same? You're a good looking guy but those dark circles don't do you any favors. I know that it may seem awkward for a guy to use makeup but it's not the same thing women do.

  18. You need more photos of yourself, preferably not selfies. Ask a friend to take some photos of you in different outfits in a couple of locations. You need at least one full body photo, one closeup, one group shot, couple of shots of you doing some activities. Don't wear sunglasses and don't slouch. Don't take photos in poor light. Add a beach/shirtless pic if you are in a good shape. Remove the costume photo and don't post photos without yourself. Change the bio, be sincere, write a couple of sentences about yourself and what you are looking for. Right now your bio doesn't tell me much about you, only that you're into costume making (which is a pretty niche hobby). You're a good looking guy you have a good chance of finding someone, but if you want to do it online you need to sell yourself a bit better. Good luck 👍

  19. The second photo is best IMO, I'd make it the profile pic. The first photo is okay but I think you look better with a trimmed beard. Chose one snowboarding photo and get rid of others, you don't need three of them. I know you like them and I know it's difficult to choose one but do it. Other than that I think you're good to go. Good luck!

  20. You are not crazy. They made some changes even before this patch. I noticed the Watson whore ad got shorter and voice on the ad was different.

  21. UPDATE 02/07/2022: My mom unfortunately had to be intubated Saturday morning. The night before she developed something called Pneumothorax, from what I understand like a collapsed lung. The physician on call called me at midnight to inform me of this and that an emergency procedure needed to be done to save her. Just the day before I was talking to her a bit on the phone and the weekend before I was visiting her in the IMC. They were ready to move her to a rehabilitation hospital soon and since my dad passed a few weeks ago, I was happy to see my mom was going to make it. Well I guess I did something to piss the universe off. After the procedure she was moved to the ICU because she lost a lot of blood and needed to be monitored. We visited her all day Friday and she very tired but could talk a bit. Her oxygen looked pretty good and was only on the high flow nasal cannula. The doctor who did the procedure talked to me. He told me her lungs are very scarred and frankly it's a miracle she has been so talkative and awake in the last few weeks. To be honest I didn't believe him. I knew her lungs were in bad shape from the other doctors but how bad could they be if she has been talking and joking with nurses, on her phone with friends, and they were looking to move her to a rehab center. Well Saturday morning I get a call at 6am. Her numbers dropped over night and it was best if we get there to the hospital. An hour or so later another call. They inform me she had to be intubated.

  22. I just read your posts and my heart breaks for you. Stay strong and remember, whatever happens you are not alone. A lot of people are going through this right now and if we stay together and support each other everything will get better eventually.

  23. no i didn’t, one of the first doctors that i visited thought it was constipation or something a like but it wasn’t

  24. OK. I'm kind of in the same boat with you. I have a small incisional hernia in the same area that gives me occasional discomfort. Most days it's fine, sometimes it hurts a bit, mostly when I'm too active or take a weird position. Surgeons don't seem too concerned. One says that a surgery will be needed but not now, since there's no bulge at the moment they won't perform a surgery. This surgeon says to limit physical activity (no heavy lifting). Another says pretty much the same thing, that there's no need for a surgery. From what I understood surgeons don't want to perform a surgery unless it's absolutely necessary. In my case they might be concerned because I've already had 3 surgeries in the past (appendectomy and abscess), so maybe they are afraid of reccurence. So what can I say from my experience is that the more physically active you are, the more sore a hernia gets. I've limited my physical activity for a month and discomfort is mostly gone. Another thing is that small hernias don't always show up on MRI and CT scans, mine didn't show up on an MRI (because it's basically a tear at the surgery scar, without any bulge). However surgeons perform a cough test, and even small hernias (that don't form a bulge) can be diagnosed this way. I'd recommend three things. First, find an experienced surgeon who specializes in hernias and go for a consultation. Second, get a second opinion on scans that you did. You need to remember that an MRI or CT don't provide a diagnosis, a doctor does, and different doctors might come up with different explanations for what they see on a scan. There are services online that offer second opinion. Third just to exclude other things, I'd suggest doing blood tests and stool tests (if you didn't do them already), and pay a visit to a gastroenterologist.

  25. I'm a bit of a hypochondriac myself. In 2015 I had very mild abdominal pain which I ignored for over a day. It turned out to be appendicitis, I had an emergency surgery that day. Since then I take my health very seriously. When I go to see a doctor I don't care what they might think. It's my health and my body and it's my job to take care of it, not theirs. Their job is to listen to what I have to say and share their professional opinion. If you worry too much about what others might think, you may end up like me in 2015. While I think that worrying too much is not great for mental health, ignoring the signals your body sends you is not great for your health either. Seeing a doctor is the right thing to do in your situation and it's not something you should worry about. I'd definitely push to get an ultrasound, if the doctor can't feel the hernia by palpation. As for your online research, I'd just mention that you read about hernias and possible complications and you want to know what are the risks in your situation. You don't need to go into much detail, doctors know what hernias are.

  26. Please help...a few weeks ago I start to notice what I could only describe as a "knot" protruding from my abs that I was able to "push back in". I went in to see my dr. and diagnosed with a Ventral hernia and referred to a general surgeon. The surgeon believes it stems from my tubal ligation that was done years ago, weight gain and recommended Laparoscopic repair. My question is, is it normal to be diagnosed with a hernia without a scan or ultrasound? I'm extremely nervous about the process and procedure.

  27. Yes but it's better to get a scan. Most hernias are diagnosed without a scan, some (asymptomatic, mostly those in obese people) might go unnoticed. So it's better to get a scan
