As an instructor, I let white belts work on me for half the round. I'll let them get whatever they want with minimal defense and then ill say "It's my turn!" and just laugh and get all giggly. It's quite funny to me anyway.
I do much the same with the white belts and newer/younger blue belts. I let them work and try things out. When they get to a spot and stop progressing, I say "what are you going to do now? Start doing something, or it's my turn." in a playfully taunting manner. Usually they just go "oh fuck, oh fuck, oh fuck". It makes me laugh lol

Spirit Halloween are those Halloween costume and decoration stores that seem to just randomly popup out of no where in October at storefronts you didn't know were vacant. Just Halloween time, of course, but we ignore that in this joke. The joke here is that it barely took a week for a Spirit Halloween to move in to the now vacant Tropicana.

I haven't had a true pizza in 20 years. I want a stuffed crust pizza, or deep dish pizza, or just a regular friggen pizza sooo badly. The cauliflower crusts are good, really good, actually, but they just aren't that thick, chewy, doughy deliciousness that is real pizza crust.

They are removing a metal rod from a person's tibia. It was probably there to repair/heal a break in that bone.
