Crash Bandicoot! My parents bought me a ps1 with Crash and I had no idea what it was. Needless to say my mind was blown after I turned it on. I would play it religiously.
PlayStation is by far my favourite console but I really don’t want it to be the only console (Nintendo is obviously in a different category). No competition means we all lose.
Just finished the game and wow I loved it! Coming off of Spider-Man 1 & Miles Morales I thought both were good, but became stale due to repetitiveness. This game squashes that qualm to a pulp. Never once did I feel bored with this game. For a 15 hour story it felt like 10. The pacing was excellent in this game. I could write multiple paragraphs, but all I’ll say is I adore this game and genuinely believe this is the first super hero game to top the Arkham series.
Yeah I’m with you that I’d prefer a more horror oriented episode. Especially if you consider how many horror IP’s have been untouched by them. Feels like a lot of missed opportunities. And now this years episode isn’t even airing until November :/
I suck at math, but would it be possible that them cutting the costs of manufacturing discs plus allowing the console to be cheaper would even out profits; considering they would get more money from only digital sales?
Unfortunately this is also a double edged sword since nintendo knows they can get away with charging full price for any game and never reducing the price. Mario wonder will still be $60 five years from now because people don't care how much they have to pay for nintendos games.
that’s fair, but nvidia has really been investing in that tech. running the new cyberpunk update with path tracing @ 4k 60fps on my ROG Ally feels like magic though.
Part II is one of; if not my favorite game of all time. I consider it to be a 10/10 and think the story drags a little. Just wanted to add my two cents to this discussion.
Only at two moments for me. Beginning of Day 1 for Abby. I love her section it just halts the flow of the game for a short period of time; though I understand they have a world/story to build with her. I would say I usually feel the drag every time I get to California. It’s a fun section, but for some reason by that point I’m always thinking “damn this game just keeps on going”.

I don't care how good nintendos games are. The fact that I have to pay $90 for a port of a 10 year old wiiu game is bullshit.

Does anyone know if this game will have an Animus side story? It’s the only reason I can’t play these games any more.
