  1. I had a lot of issues with HCTZ myself and dropped it multiple times (while trying to figure it out) without issue. My doc said that was OK and that matched what I understand about it as well. I didn't have any water rebound issues, but it's known to happen and should clear up if it does.

  2. Thanks, based off your experience and the other users my guess is it typically happens perhaps in those that are using higher doses, maybe 25-50mg

  3. Great to know, thank you! No weight but after use? May I ask what dose you are on?

  4. I’m not sure there’s not a fuckin thermometer in there

  5. It usually not necessary to adjust water or electrolyte intake on a low dose of HCTZ.

  6. Next time you get labs, just make sure your potassium isn't low. It'll almost certainly be fine though.

  7. Will do bro. Just got them a couple weeks ago and all was good, so I’ll keep an eye on em and compare. Would rather potassium go down a bit more than pushing hyper, in any case.

  8. Honestly that was my biggest question, didn’t know if 12.5 would be noticeable at all. Hard to find info on diuretics for the most part so your response is greatly appreciated!

  9. Looks like you're taking deca without knowing what deca does. Having a bad time begging for advice then not accepting good advice. What did your bloodwork say?

  10. What on earth are you talking about?

  11. 92 estrogen on 700mgs test is pretty reasonable. What was the progesterone?

  12. Yeah I’d run with it if I could, but above around 60 is where I start getting my high e2 symptoms typically which is why I asked my question.

  13. Hey guys. This cycle I have been taking the approach of letting e2 ride high as long as symptoms aren’t serious. So far so good as my gyno hasn’t acted up, however I have been getting some ankle edema as my estradiol is approaching around 100. Is this worth intervening with AI for? I know edema can make your heart work a bit harder

  14. An AI should be used to control intolerable side effects. Only you can decide what's intolerable for you among the long list of possible side effects from elevated estrogen. (Things like gynecomastia, high blood pressure, etc.) Ankle edema on it's own doesn't, in my opinion, rise to the level of needing to be controlled with an AI, or necessarily have a negative impact on cardiovascular health. Are your blood pressure and heart rate under control? Those are more indicative of cardiovascular stress.

  15. Yeah blood pressure is all good, HR upon waking usually in 70s then 80s during day.

  16. Been experiencing some dry mouth, flatness and cramps. Sodium too low? Somethings off electrolytes wise it seems.

  17. Got it, I’d honestly rather drop the ai (both asin and adex seem to touch my lipids more than proviron, surprisingly). I’ll see how I feel with .5mg 2x a week instead.

  18. Concerning the dry mouth. Are you on stimulants which could be causing it?

  19. Thank you for the detailed response. Fasted BG is 90 (high carbs as well), so fortunately not that.

  20. Do I need an ultra sensitive e2 test for nand? Or is that only for tren?

  21. Anyone know general clearance time for asin? Planning to switch over to adex for my prep (find it is easier for me to get a consistent response vs asin) then get bloods to get things settle but don’t know how long I should wait after switching over to get labs drawn

  22. different for everyone. some people take days to produce enough aromatase to get back to baseline and some take a week or two.

  23. Okay, thanks. I’ll wait a full week after switching over just to be on the safe side.

  24. Anyone else get painful pumps from high e2? Is it just due to water retention?

  25. It's odd that you didn't say anything about your symptoms though?

  26. I didn’t think it was relevant. I still don’t see why it is. That’s not what my question is about, I know how to deal with symptoms. I just take an ai. I got bloodwork so I could better gauge the protocol I would do for my ai without crushing e2 completely.

  27. Development of gyno under right nipple, ankle swelling, lack of libido.

  28. Anyone else feel like it’s WAY harder to crash e2 on aromasin?

  29. Anyone else feel like it’s WAY harder to crash e2 on aromasin?

  30. Hey guys this is a 14 week transformation .looking to do a show in 16 weeks. is this a good starting point for prep?

  31. Bro, great job! I’d say that’s a good starting point.

  32. How long into cruise do you guys wait before entering a deficit?

  33. You adjust caloric intake depending on if you want to be in a deficit, maintenance, or surplus. So you tell us.

  34. You’re missing the point of my question;

  35. I use an app (MacroFactor) that constantly updates my TDEE and calorie requirements.

  36. Going to compete for 3rd season and last stab at competitive bodybuilding.

  37. How do you guys go about adjusting caloric intake as you lower training volume?

  38. It was the fucking worst. Lasted 3 days. Having kids means a constant biological warfare on your immune system.

  39. Haha, funnily enough I don’t have kids but my wife is a preschool teacher…. so as you can imagine she’s bringing stuff home 24/7 haha

  40. If you had a stomach bug like i did, i had brutal ass piss. Like shitting thru the eye of a needle.

  41. Just use the lower weight and increase the number of sets until you recover.

  42. Yeah man my appetite is FUCKED. Gonna go for something tonight probably, simple like sushi maybe.

  43. How long after illness do you guys get your strength back? Second day back in the gym and I literally couldn’t even put up 80s for the dumbbell presses and I’m on cycle rn. Fucking blows :/

  44. I didn’t ask for advice. I was sparking discussion.

  45. How long after taking asin do you wait to determine if it was adequate?
