Dude 6k really isn't that much.. I know it feels like a ton cause thats all you have but people still do well crawling back up from 100k on credit card debt. You'll be okay take this as a learning lesson it's better than it was with 6k rather then 10k or 50k.. don't put all your eggs in one basket. It's okay to gamble but do it with a very small % of your NW. You'll be okay it may be 600 hours of Burger King pay but it's a lot less hours when you start your career. You'll be fine bro.
How about donating some of your time or money to any of the local nonprofits that actively work to help people in our community who are down on their luck? Maybe it’ll teach you some empathy. Have you ever even gone out and talked to any of them, or do you stare aggressively behind your curtains as you watch the police harass them? Offer a bottle of water or a loaf of bread. Ask them about their stories. Treat them like human beings instead of burdens.
No, the US doesnt have a monopoly on image intensifier technology. This stuff is widely proliferated, the chinese have their own domestic research and development sectors and they make their own progress in defense related technologies

I'm an agent in Utah I work with a lot of builders and I purchased my own home from Edge last year and would do it again. Fact is builders are as good as their subs some companies have better subs than others. The builders aren't the ones cutting corners (for the most part) it's usually the subs so you need to make sure the agent representing you as the buyer is experienced with new builds. It's pretty easy to catch things and builders will almost always fix them and if they don't thats why you have an agent. There are builders that are worse than others though unfortunately I can't name names on a public forum
