I take this exit every day. It’s a design issue. You go from 70 to a stop in a matter of seconds. And it’s a sharp blind right turn. If you don’t know the exit your screwed because your not expecting a immediate stop light.

In all honesty you have to get to a low body fat percentage to get them to show along with and working them. Mine didn’t start showing until I was sub 10%

How did you get your abs to start coming in? Did you work them hella hard or did you just get leaner while holding onto muscle?
