No one is trading 2 1sts + Surtain for QB4. It's "what would you give up for the QB of your choice"? - i.e. QB1. Which makes a lot more sense. It's essentially what CAR did last year.
49ers gave up 3 firsts for QB3 in 2021. It’s a QB driven league. It really wouldn’t be that much of a shock to see someone make a big trade for QB4 this year if QBs are the picks 1-3.
