Holy shit, maybe captain obvious here but I just realized that SO are just sitting and listening not cause they're not interested or don't have input, but that's how they think they'll want to be treated. While guys try to give solutions and advice cause that's exactly what we're looking for when we share our problems and issues! We're both showing we care about the person in our way which is why it fails. If only many couples could realize this for their own situations!

Apartments want first, last, deposit. That's a hefty chunk of change. And management companies want good credit, application fees, etc. It isn't as simple as finding an apartment in that range. There's a massive upfront expense to it, which is why having a place for a few weeks while saving is the only realistic way to get into one.
Not always. When I was apartment hunting I had found a lot of places that were okay with taking extra months rent money as deposit. There are also a lot of places that were within 1600 for one bedroom studio. Yes, I know the market is super saturated right now and finding it can be hard. That's why I suggested that company. It's just that 4000 is a lot of amount to find something doable for the time being rather than spending it on a hotel. Hopefully OP finds something!
You're talking about money they do not have. The money has been going to helping a roof. They don't have $4000. That's their average income when they're working. It doesn't help them now.

Maybe it's too late but people who gave out their wifi name should probably change your wifi name and password. Giving this info out is just calling for trouble as there are global maps of wifi access point names. It is hard to track people with just IP as it's localised to ISP. But pretty straightforward to find an access if your wifi name is known, at least your address and location. Here's a video with a comment by billy4321able:

I do not understand why they did this, but now my Home feed is a mess. I think I'm seeing posts sorted by New or something. Becuase the posts in my feed have like 0 upvotes. There is an option to sort your feed in PC version but it's impossible on Android. Meanwhile you can change the Default comment sort smh
