That’s understandable, it’s easy to self diagnose or turn to good ole google for answers which never helps. It’s tough knowing when to push for answers or just give in and say it’s psychological.
If you believe it is asthma related, use your blue inhaler as instructed. This will help relieve shortness of breath very quickly. Examples of common asthma triggers are things like pollen or cold air, but I would guess you are more aware of your triggers than I could ever be.
If it’s to the point where you are struggling to walk I would get it checked to be on the safe side. Suffering from anxiety myself and a sore calf, it’s better to just go get checked but anxiety can have adverse physical symptoms not related to illness
Looks like tissue damage that didn’t break the surface, bruised a vessel along the way. Usually not a big deal but if you notice additional symptoms outside of regular bruising then I’d ask a doctor
If it’s that frequent I’d stop by the pharmacy and get a blood pressure gauge, it’s handy and I would recommend checking when you feel lightheaded to see if you notice any changes
Definitely get it checked out. Redness is normal but your leg/knee should not be hard when swollen from a tattoo, chills is an indication of an immune response to something so I’d go see your PCP
Sometimes excessive coughing can lead to pinched or compressed nerves in your rib cage and can affect your shoulder as well leading to the tingling feeling. If it persists definitely get it checked
By no means a medical professional and also suffer from anxiety. Do you have an bulging veins or swelling in that area? I would ask about the cough but considering you’re recovering from Covid it would be hard to tell if the cough is Covid or PE related. Do you have a history of clotting?
After the pain stop. (Wife was rubbing thigh and it just stopped.) Whoops.
That’s insane they brushed off symptoms as anxiety. I’m glad to hear you’re doing better overall. I’ll be on the lookout for additional symptoms.

It’s odd it’s on both legs but the stiffness and sore neck is concerning. Is there pain associated with it?

Absolutely sick, could touch up the older tattoo and add around it to connect but otherwise looking good
That’s a positive result, if in doubt take another but any test line showing is indicative of a positive test no matter how faint
It happens randomly, I could be laying down, sudden lightheadness, sitting down, lightheadness.
Have you checked your blood pressure? Could also be vitamin deficiency if there are no noticeable causes
I haven’t checked my blood pressure and I’m getting vitamin gummies soon so yeah hopefully they will fix it
