I know other people suggested both of those, i'm going to have to see if I can watch them somewhere just to see if one of them is the movie, or if i'm blending them somehow. I used to watch a lot of dinosaur/dragon movies when I was younger so it is possible I somehow blended the two of them.

i’m pretty sure they’re both on youtube, the Dinotopia one definitely is so i’d say try and look there!
