  1. God, yes this is such a good show. I binge watched the entire first season in a single night.

  2. Who is your current provider? Also can you confirm your phone is unlocked?

  3. As mentioned in the post, AT&T. And yes, I bought it unlocked directly from Samsung.

  4. Ahh my bad, The top portion of the post was covered. By any chance do you have any Adblock especially DNS based?

  5. I use NextDNS, but turned it off while trying to sign up.

  6. Did you add the power plug on that yourself? Or does that model of Packout come like that?

  7. Echogear is good stuff - just got a 10u open rack from them. So easy to work with and included all the wall mounting hardware, too.

  8. Yup. I have their 6U rack mounted in my home office, and I have two of their triple monitor mounts.

  9. I work at a plasma clinic and I can also say that as a bonus to the money, you’re doing something genuinely very helpful and good for the world!!

  10. What are the limitations/restrictions for me, as a gay male, to donating?

  11. I always just assume folks would use an SFP module to get up to 10 gig. The 1 gig WAN port is not a true limitation

  12. I'm using both my SFP+ ports on my UDMP as LAN ports. I don't currently have any other solution to get multi-gig to both my desktop and NAS. This leaves me with just the 1G RJ45 for WAN, but that won't do me any good when my 2gig fiber comes later this year.

  13. Yeah so the ikea one is the only thing I can think of that will fit your Optiplex and the USG (with some modifications)

  14. The optiplex is roughly the same size as the USG. It's not a full size or SFF optiplex. It's a Micro.

  15. oo micro derp, sorry! Will probably have to make something custom then or ask the etsy store owner to see if they can make something for you.

  16. Sorry for the dumb question but how would one know?

  17. Anything from random stuttering/freezing, to crashing/blue screens, to the computer just flat out refusing to boot.

  18. If all you care about is luxury, go with what everyone else has suggested; Acura or Lexus. I don't have any real experience with either of those brands, so I can't speak for their reliability. But they are very pretty.

  19. Anissa’s voice behind Amber.. my heart dropped

  20. Whenever she talked I could swear it was the same VA that played Kuvira in Korra, but I looked it up and that's Zelda Williams lmao

  21. Classic who explained that Gallifrey has a transduction barrier. I think this had different levels. It works as a kind of force field but also a time shield in a sense.

  22. Still, this wouldn't affect other Timelords out in the wild. There should still be other Timelords traveling through time and space, research teams, etc.

  23. From what I remember the time lords could bump into people from the past and future but Gallifrey was designed so that it would only appear in the present.

  24. It would be a massive stream of liquid ant man squirting out of his huge purple anus.

  25. God damn I was taking a drink when I read this and nearly spit it all over my monitors.

  26. Seems like the cop is wrong about whatever precipitated this, but the driver refusing to give his ID to a police officer is a misdemeanor if I am not mistaken. Would be in my state, anyway. If you are operating a vehicle, much less a commercial transit bus, you had better be able to show you have a license to do so.

  27. This varies state to state. Not all states have stop and identify laws and its not a requirement to provide your ID during a traffic stop in all states as far as I'm aware.

  28. The only port configuration I'm offered is to change the port to use for accessing the web GUI (30072 is the default). There are no other ports that I can configure in the app settings.

  29. I ended up switching to CORE and building the controller in a jail instead. Working as expected that way, since I can assign the jail whatever IP I want.

  30. This thumbnail makes him look like Hillary.

  31. Car sales is the only thing that comes close.

  32. I'm going to echo what everyone else here is saying and tell you that you should drop this project like a hot potato. You need to urge your friend to hire an IT/AV professional, and preferably one with restaurant experience.

  33. Yup haha, it’s an old laptop that i used to use

  34. Is it an HP Stream laptop per chance? Those things were infamous for their 64GB soldered on eMMC flash storage.

  35. Check rustdesk, it's open source and a very good piece of software

  36. I keep seeing RustDesk, but I've seen some concerning things about them. Primarily that they are Chinese owned and their claimed parent company doesn't even exist anymore.

  37. We’re deploying Bitwarden as we speak. Which is nice, I was rooting for them - open source and all, hoping that people that know what to look for have reviewed the code, something which isn’t an option with the others

  38. Love Bitwarden. Use it for all my personal password needs. I have my grandma on it. Its great. Used to be on the Last Pass train. I'll never go back.

  39. There is no way a computer running basic programs will get anywhere near 16. I agree, for gaming rigs I suggest people just go with 32 at this point (I too am in the IT hardware world) but 16 for basic tasks is even overkill. Probably just as cheap, but still. Also, you should know that programs initially taking a long time to load is not due to low levels of total ram, and everything to do with the processor/storage situation. We aren't doing video editing here, we are opening power point. And maybe a browser.

  40. > There is no way a computer running basic programs will get anywhere near 16.

  41. School IT departments may not have the knowhow to configure systems properly. I know the place I graduated from didn't even lock down the UEFI so I made Linux flash drives and would boot those. I also enabled Dev mode on the Chromebooks to put Linux on them

  42. When did you graduate? Things are different now than they were even 10 years ago. When I graduated in 2012 my school had things locked down pretty tight, and I assume they are moreso now.

  43. Of course. I love MeshCentral, can't recommend it enough.

  44. For now I'll probably just stick with ManageEngine Remote Access Plus. It was also free and I had it up and running in a few minutes (through their cloud). I just need it for remote access to some home devices like my grandmother's computer.

  45. That looks decent. I started using MeshCentral because of it being completely FOSS and the fact there's no limits and it's multi-tenent.

  46. Yeah, MeshCentral does look nice, if a little dated (I'm a sucker for modern UX design lmao). Its definitely something I'm gonna keep in my back pocket.
